My boyfriend and I recently visited Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante for the first time, and our experience was a mix of highs and lows. We started with the garlic bread as our appetizer. It was standard—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and sufficiently garlicky. While it didn’t stand out, it also didn’t disappoint. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a classic garlic bread, and it served as a decent start to our meal. For the main course, I opted for the ravioli. The dish was good but left me wanting more, both in terms of portion size and flavour. The ravioli was well-cooked, with a pleasant texture, but the filling and sauce were fairly ordinary. There was nothing that made it particularly memorable or unique. My boyfriend chose the veal parmigiana, which also fell into the "just alright" category. The veal itself was cooked properly, but the overall dish was quite plain. The sauce lacked the rich, robust flavour that we were hoping for, and it didn’t have any standout elements. It was a bit of a letdown, especially considering that veal parmigiana is usually a highlight in Italian cuisine. For dessert, we decided to share a tiramisu. This was a redeeming part of our meal. The tiramisu had the right balance of coffee, cocoa, and creamy mascarpone. It was a satisfying end to our dining experience, although it didn't elevate the overall meal to a level that would make us rush back. The ambiance of Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante was another surprise. We were expecting a cozy Italian restaurant vibe but found that it felt more like a bar. This wasn’t necessarily bad, but it was a bit off-putting given our expectations. The decor and atmosphere seemed more suited for a casual hangout spot rather than a traditional Italian dining experience. In summary, Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante provided an average dining experience. The food ranged from good to just alright, with nothing particularly special that would make us eager for a return visit. The ambiance didn’t match our expectations for an Italian restaurant, leaning more towards a bar-like feel. Overall, we would rate our experience 3 out of 5 stars. If you’re looking for a place to grab a decent meal without high expectations, Bellissiomo might fit the bill. However, if you’re seeking an exceptional Italian dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Excellent Pizza/Pasta Restaurant. The food was simply delicious and the service was great too! Yelena was very friendly, personable and informative. We had the Arancini and calamari for appetizers. The calamari was smaller than we thought it would be and the presentation could have been better but it was satisfactory. My wife and I shared a pizza which was excellent as well as the Chicken Parmigana and Lasagna. We had the Tiramisu for dessert which was OK, but not made in house-sadly. I have tasted really good homemade Tiramisu in my lifetime. I think I should have had their chocolate cake instead. It is a very quaint ambience- not fancy or upscale by any means but comfortable and friendly. It seems like a place where a lot of regulars go as many people seemed to know each other. It was Sunday night and the restaurant was very busy. I would highly recommend Bellissimo. My wife loved the Chicken Parm- which came with Spaghetti- and I enjoyed the Pizza and Lasagna immensely. We will definitely be back soon. Kudos Bellissimo. Update October 2024: Another great dining experience. Good food & service. Had the cookies n crème cheesecake for dessert this time- excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local restaurant, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the hostess, who promptly seated me at a cozy table. The menu had a variety of options, but I opted for their famous pizza, and it did not disappoint. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. But what really stood out to me was the service. My waiter was attentive and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout the meal. He even recommended some other menu items that he thought I might enjoy based on my taste preferences. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a great time.

I am in the culinary Industry and two of my colleagues decided to walk down to your restaurant for a quick bite. We see decided on a walk in pizza with 3 toppings. The dining room was still quite quiet as it was just after 1pm. After ordering and while waiting we Decided that we would want to eat in and was told when asked NO we were not PERMITTED to as we had ordered a large 3 topping pizza that fell within the take out menus jurisdiction. Now Im not sure of its because you are racist, homophobic, or just simply rude but when we were asked to wait outside in the cold for our lunch it was clear you needed to hear, as does anyone else who is inquiring that this subpar customer care and extremely poor customer service. Pizza tasted fine once we retuned to the office at the college although i did end up with severe stomach diahrrea for the following 5 days. not sure if that’s related or not as well, but thought you should know. Perhaps Have someone who’s working in the front of house Who knows how to treat patrons properly Properly. Thx

I've read the restaurants reply to this posting below and it doesn't seem to matter what truthful things are said. We were asked to wait outside for our pizza. That's rude. As a restaurant owner you can come back with whatever spin off you want to in order to make an situation seem as though you made no error but it's not truth. Don't lie about what has happened. You can at the very least apologize for how a situation has made someone feel as opposed to altering the facts and denying it happened. ...

This place deserves all the 5 stars reviews!!!! Ordered takeout for a girls night in and from the moment we called the restaurant to place the order, Jared was helping us and was extremely kind and attentive. We ordered the Bruschetta, Calamari, Chicken Alfredo and Margherita Pizza and oh my goodness. Everything was phenomenal!!! The bruschetta had the perfect balance of tomatoes, garlic and cheese. All the flavours were perfectly balanced. The calamari tasted homemade and arrived delicious even after it was delivered. The chicken Alfredo was saucy and perfect and the chicken was very moist. And their Margherita pizza was a perfect pizza. Jared was so kind and even gave us complimentary cheesecakes and it made our night even more!!! The hospitality from this restaurant just by a simple take out order was truly something we wouldn’t forget. Grazie Bellissimo and thank you to the sweetest delivery driver ever and to Jared who even called us after our meal was delivered just to make sure the cheesecakes were handed to us lol, the cheesecakes were phenomenal and we can’t thank you enough!!! We will definitely be ordering again for our next girls night!! And oh yeah we inhaled the food and definitely couldn’t leave any leftovers. Everything was 10/10 and...
