This is my 2nd visit at this location. First time there during covid was very busy, we went in and ordered, waited for about 20 mins for 8 drinks cool.
The 2nd time (today) ordered 2 drinks online using the app. One macchiato green tea slush (70% sugar) and a taro sago milk tea (70% sugar, COLD-no ice) both large.
After 15 mins of patiently waiting outside, I saw my order was ready but the place never updated it via the app so I went up and asked to pick up my drinks. My slush had chunk of ice in every sip I take. The sago taro came HOT so we told them. They took it back, made us a new one right away but handed us one WITH ice. Okay so we told them, sorry we wanted no ice... so they took the drink back, took off the lid and got rid of the ice and added water... then it came back to be watery with no taste at all. So I went up to them again and asked for a manager. The gentlemen told me he's not in today so I told him this drink is watery and disgusting. I asked for a new drink but requested not to have that same lady with a baddass attitude (the lady who made our drink gave us a glare when we told them the drink was made wrong, twice) to work on it. He laughed a bit and said he will do it for us. The drink was finally perfect!
But I would like to clarify that there was not even one sorry that came out from these people for making our drink wrong, twice. I didnt even ask them to make my slush with chunk of ice again but if this coco at this location keep their business like this, they're not gonna be successful, poor costumer service, poor attitude and slow....
I have been to over 20 different coco and the ONLY place that had ever had so much issue with is this one. The coco at commerce gate always make my drinks 100% right.

Read moreIt's an okay place, but there was a misunderstanding between me and the cashier. I was trying to get 1 BOGO (3 guys and a free milk tea) and I thought she thought I wanted 2 BOGOs, so I told her just 1 BOGO, but maybe it was too loud she didn't hear (or misspoke cause she said did you want 3 milk teas... maybe she meant 3 guys) when I wanted to pay for the BOGO, she said it was free gave me the receipt and so I found out about the misunderstanding a little too late and the lady on the cashier was already taking other orders and the guy was already giving me my order. I asked the other guy if I wanted to change my order even though it was someone else's mistake and the guy just told me to line up again which since it's their opening meant the line was pretty long. I know it's an honest mistake but I had to wake up early and came from far cause this was the closest coco doing the promo, so I'm a little annoyed by the little misunderstanding. Overall, the milk tea and the place were okay. I'm sure a lot of coordination and effort went into the opening and a lot of staff were there to accommodate the number of people expected to come and I'm sure the misunderstanding with my order was just a...
Read moreI experienced a bad customer service at the store today(around 6:30pm). There were two employees working at that time (one guy and one girl). First of all, the girl took the wrong order. I ordered 3 Guys with milk but they used milk tea instead of fresh milk. The girl didn't confirm what milk I wanted. When I said I ordered with fresh milk, she said she misheard without an apology. Even when the guy remade the drink, he put whipping cream despite that the order said no whipping cream. I felt completely frustrated. None of them apologized. If you mishear an order, at least say sorry to the customer. Second of all, the staff started making the drink even though I hadn't finished ordering. I've encountered this situation at the store for many times, there were times I had to ask the staff to stop because I'd customize the drink. There weren't many customers, why do you have to rush? There's a poor communication between employees. Also, the staff didn't have a friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers. I'm a frequent customer here, I buy drinks almost everyday. But today enough is enough, you guys need to change if you don't want to lose...
