Just had a horrible experience with one of the employees at this location. Ordered delivery received in timely manner . I was in the middle of something for about an hour and after when I opened the box and the plastic bag I noticed Bacon topping and one of two dipping sauce I ordered was missing. I called this location a man with Indian accent answered and accused me of lying saying that the driver told him that he gave me all the dipping sauce I paid for and why am I complaining after an hour . Obviously someone was lying and I damn well wasn't the one. I said are you accusing me of lying like for a dollar? I have not touched the pizza you can come check it .I have been ordering from your location for a long time . He continued to be disrespectful and rude so when I finally asked him what his name was he said "I can't tell you" then he hung up on me. Wow . Like I can't call back .I was going to escalate this matter to domino and file proper complaint but when I called back this lady Reina answered phone and apologized for him and that he's new then she's resolved the matter for me as giving me credits . Now let's wait and see when it's time if they will honour the credit or not. It looks like domino's need proper employee training , as this was one of the worst experience I had . This left bad taste in my mouth I still haven't touched my pizza...

We are extremely disappointed and upset with our recent order. We placed our usual — a Pacific Veggie and a 4-topping Veggie Build Your Own pizza. However, to our shock and disbelief, we found a piece of pepperoni on the Pacific Veggie pizza.
We are strict vegetarians, and this kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. We have always trusted this store to respect our dietary restrictions, but this incident has left us feeling angry, disgusted, and deeply let down.
When it comes to food preparation — especially where dietary and ethical choices are concerned — there is no room for such mistakes. This is not just a quality control issue; it is a serious breach of trust.
While we did receive a refund for the pizza, the damage is deeper than a monetary loss. I have lost confidence in this location, and unless I receive a clear explanation of how this happened — and what steps are being taken to ensure it never happens again — we will not be ordering from here in the future.
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate...

I ordered online and my home is just next street (600m) and they didn’t deliver it for 50 mins though their tracker shows delivery in 18-28 mins. When I called them they gave an excuse of being busy and later they completed the order WITHOUT DELIVERING it so that they won’t have to show in their system that they didn’t deliver food. Also, previous time when I ordered pizza they gave me burnt and when I called and complained to the store, staff was so rude saying that it comes that way only. Their staffs are liars. I am eating dominos since so many years and I know how their pizza is. They said they would compensate my online coupon and they never did it. I called asking for it again and they said we would never compensate it. This store on 312 Queens St E (10460) has very arrogant and worst staff.
