This past Saturday I was craving Ethiopian food and after seeing Ethio Lana's many five-star reviews, I knew we had to try it. And now here I am, adding a five-star review of my own. From the moment we were seated, our hosts were very gracious and made us feel right at home. The lady who served us freshly roasted some coffee beans and brought them by for us to smell. Then she used them to make a coffee which was DIVINE - unlike any type of coffee I have had before. The food was fresh, delicious, affordable, and plentiful. We had a platter for two but it easily could have fed four people. I can't wait to come back and try some of the...

What a great experience. Friendly family that serves you. I have never had Ethiopian food before. We had the vegetarian platter, and despite me not being a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. We were so full and there was food left over. The highlight was the freshly roasted coffee and the frankincense they burn on or near your table, whatever you prefer. Such a personal experience. We grabbed a couple pieces of baklava on the way out , and geezzz, it was the best I've ever had. What a beautiful experience. Highly...

I had an incredible meal at Ethio Kana- Mixed platter of Doro Wot, Tibs, Kitfo, and Gomen ba Siga, Shiro and more... Each dish was bursting with rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced flavours. The Doro Wot had just the right kick, the Tibs were tender and flavorful, and the Kitfo was a savory delight (my 1st time). The Gomen Ba Siga added a comforting, hearty touch to the meal.

To top it all off, I enjoyed freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee, roasted right on the spot—aromatic and full of depth. Truly a delicious and...
