The gentleman who served us was very nice and once I inquired if I could upgrade to one of the pre-set flavours with icecream (also a raspberry one), he actually explained that they are made in a cone and that is why it's not possible to upgrade the chimney! It made so much more sense than initially, since I had never been to the store. However, the entire experience was not 5 star: upon entering the store, our presence was not in any way acknowledged. Despite the store being completely empty and there being 2 employees. Additionally, after placing the order, we were looking at all the possible menu options. I had some questions and it was very challenging to get he attention of the employees. And after awkwardly asking someone without uniform behind the desk, as he was leaving he said that the female employee next to him can help me. With a lot of attitude and a sigh/roll of the eyes said "how can I help you?"
