We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Serenity during our recent visit, and she made our experience truly memorable! From the moment we were seated, her warm and welcoming demeanor stood out. She approached our table with a cheerful attitude and immediately made us feel at home.

Her attentiveness throughout our time there was impeccable. Not only did she take our orders with precision, but she also catered to all of our specific requests with grace and efficiency. Serenity ensured our drinks arrived promptly and kept them flowing throughout the evening without us ever having to ask.

What truly impressed us was her ability to balance professionalism and a personal touch. She took the time to check in on us periodically, making sure we had everything we needed while maintaining a friendly conversation that felt natural and genuine. Serenity’s knowledge of the menu and drink options was also impressive, and her recommendations were spot on.

Wish I could give 0 stars; STAFF IS RUDE & ILLMANNERED. LET ME NARRATE WHAT HAPPENED… I’m here right now as my friend booked a table for her birthday and can’t leave. Another friend of mine was coming in. She forgot her ID at home. She asks the bouncer if a digital ID is okay or not. She wasn’t expecting a yes. The bouncer said No and started shouting at her. He was like “don’t you have common sense ….. “ he kept gaslighting her and was talking in a disrespectful tone. We were all stunned. It was a simple yes or no situation and mind you my friend doesn’t drink. She was there just to celebrate another friend’s birthday. I went to the manager who couldn’t be more disinterested in the situation who said it’s someone else’s problem. They were your friend can’t enter without an ID … THATS NOT WHAT WE WERE ASKING … WE WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BOUNCER’s ATTITUDE…. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. UNAPOLOGETIC. No wonder the place is empty lol. Think twice bf coming here. Head over to Fox on John or any other puv which is more lively, has a better staff and is more reasonable. I don’t know why staff thinks they’re so entitled … I too have worked service and we were given proper training and knew how to speak to our customers…....

The place and the vibes are amazing! The food is amazing and so are the drinks, prices are good too. My only problem is with the staff. First of all, the blonde lady at the bar puts the tip in for herself and gives you the machine. When I confronted her, she said that it depends on the machine but she did the receipt for my friend in front of us and it gave her the option to put a tip. The tip should come from the customer not the staff member. Also Im not going to give you a 30% tip when you just rolled your eyes at me because I asked for a separate bill. Its not only her other staff members do it too. They automatically put a 30% tip for themselves without asking you and they just give you the machine. Its not about the amount its just about the action itself. Your place is amazing so are the food and drinks. But your staff is very unprofessional and they...
