Fresh ingredients, delicious burger and poutine!

This was my first time trying this chain. I went to this restaurant twice this week. I had the 4 oz burger that comes with lettuce, tomato, cheese and Fresh burger sauce.The burger patty was well seasoned (the first time but not the second time) and the lettuce and tomato could not have been fresher.

I upgraded the fries to the poutine and the taste of the poutine was out of this world. I was born and grew up and Quebec so I know a good poutine! Simply delicious. I wish I was hungrier to have been able to get the large poutine. However they are not consistent with the portion of cheese. Coming from Quebec, I like my poutine to have a generous amount of cheese. The first time the poutine had cheese for every bite that I took and was simply divine. However the second time that I went, the cheese portion was cut in half which was really disappointing.

They should have pre-packaged bags of cheese just like fast food restaurants have. This way the cheese portions would always be consistent. Because of this, I will not be back if what I crave is poutine. I will stick with the popular fast food chains such as Wendy's. Wendy's poutine is much better since they put a generous pre-package cheese portion on their poutine just like McDonalds, A&W, Harvey's and...

Ordered 2 fresh burgers asked and paid 2 dollars or so for extra cheddar each burger( supposed to get regular prossessed cheese as well cuz it’s already included on burger ) and got just one slice of cheese on my burger, if you’re a cheese lover make sure you’re not eating in this location ,not considering that, both patties was dried up and had to cut the edges and use the middle of the patties ( the edges was burnt ) not considering all that the food was cold and the bun looked like it’s been just sitting there for a while , not considering none of the above I called in asking to talk to someone about the problem, unfortunately customer service was even worse then the food , the guy started yelling cutting me off before I even finish what I was saying I was only asking to talk to a supervisor or a manager he basically was yelling like his scared for the manager to notice the problem and he was trying to scare me off , I love fresh burger it’s been my forever go to for burgers but this is unacceptable and disappointing Hope this finds the right people who makes a...

I’m been at this place couple times, and twice I feel the service was poor, a time before last time I order a combo meal, unfortunately the burger was still raw in the middle therefore I approached the server at the front counter and showed him the burger, he was very apologetic and I was given another burger well cooked, unfortunately last week I went back and order again a combo meal and I requested to have the burger well cook and I also asked for fresh and crispy French fries and again it was a very unpleasant experience this time I had a burned burger that looked like charcoal I was not able to have a bite and the French fries were burned as well, I told the people there that I was not happy with my order. Long story short I was offered another burger with the fries, unfortunately I got another burned burger and fries. The service is very poor for clients dining in, they are too busy preparing orders for pick up. I will no go back there again and I will not refer this...
