December 26th 2022 between 10:45pm-11:20pm : Worst customer service ever! Employee took a sip from the mixing cup before serving to the client. We went 15 mins before the store was closing but there were bunch of people in-front of us so we did not get to order till 11pm, he did not repeat the order and served us wrong drinks and told us not to ever come late. Why would you even ask your customer to come in early when the store closes at 11pm and we arrived there 15 mins prior. He could have told us that they were closed and not taking orders anymore but this is simply unacceptable. I understand that it was busy but this behaviour is unprofessional because you can’t tell your customers to come to the store at a certain time then might as well just change your store hours based on employees mood/attitude. Moreover, we also tipped him since he was working alone. He was also throwing utensils all over the place which made us so uncomfortable. The most disgusting part was he put his saliva on someone else’s drink and served the client. On December 26th at 10:45pm I came to this location to order couple of bubble teas. There were 6 customers from the same family who already ordered and waiting for their drink. There was only one gentleman who was working at that time. We understood he was busy so we patiently waited. During that order period the 6 person family members had their drinks and one of them came back to pick up his drink. Prior to making a drink the worker took a sip from the mixing jar lid and put the lid back in the mixing jar and shook the drink and gave it to the customer. The lid off course had his saliva on it since he took a sip. I know we did not fully recovered from COVID-19 pandemic yet this is unacceptable. Finally, during the food preparation process the guy kept throwing stuff when we picked up our order it was partially wrong; when we told him about it he just didn't care and said nothing. And when we gave our drinks the guy told us to come much earlier. I also tipped him generously because he was working alone. INSECT ON MY DRINK!!!! Do not order at this branch at all cost! I was so excited to see a new Gong cha on this location as we frequent the plaza, I went here with my husband last Sunday and ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea with creme brulee and chocolate waffle. I was enjoying my drink when I chewed something crunchy together with the pearls, and I immediately spit it out and found that theres an INSECT on my drink that looks like a fly or a wasp! Hopefully that wasn't a roach! I was so disgusted and immediately vomit on their washroom. I showed the insect to the 2 workers and all they did is say sorry and refund us with cash. The lady even offered me to take the chocolate waffle and said that she's sure that the waffle is clean. Like hell no, Im not eating anything from this branch ever again.
