Food - This establishment boasts a selection of both classic and unique Bubble teas, with periodic offerings of distinctive flavors. Notably, they provide excellent deals through their app, surpassing Chatime in terms of points and rewards. It's worth mentioning that the redemption process is limited to in-store transactions rather than online. Additionally, they feature daily specials on bubble tea, with my personal favorite being the oolong brown sugar with 2J.

Service - The staff consistently exhibit a high level of friendliness, professionalism, and overall warmth. I couldn't ask for a better experience in terms of customer service.

Ambiance - Despite its compact size, the establishment offers indoor seating. The holiday decorations, uniquely crafted in their own charming way, add a delightful touch to the atmosphere. Conveniently situated near a grocery store and with available parking, it provides a pleasant...

I go to this Gongcha location very often. However, I have noticed that their quality of Mango splash is the worst amongst other location. The mango splash sometimes feels like there’s barely any flavours. It’s like plain tea/milk/water and because of their paper cups it’s difficult to understand what they actually add. The online orders from other locations have been better than this one. The staff(one staff) is good always keeps on saying they can’t use the quantity of ice in a mango splash whereas I have done that multiple times in the past. I wish they improve their quality like other locations. Like the owner says it’s made out of Mango “splash” there’s rarely any splash in this drink from this location. It has never been a problem elsewhere.

Update: the quality has improved and service...

We ordered two Pearl Milk Teas and we received them very quickly. The price of the bubble teas were much less compared to another bubble tea place down the street.

We asked for no sugar in our tea and it wasn't overly bitter. The tapioca bubbles were good. Chewy but not overly so. Not very sweet either. The last of my bubbles were stuck together so I could not drink them with the straw.

This location also accepts American Express (unlike the other bubble tea place down the street, the one on Bremner and Spadina). Factor in the taste of the bubble tea, we will likely frequent this location more often now that we've tried it and know we can...
