Kerala nook is compromising their QUALITY now a days . Really unhappy to write this review but already saddened on my last couple of visits . On last Friday ( 4th August 2023), Me n my friends visited n ordered, 1 set of Idiyappam n Beef Roast . To be honest it's was so disappointing,as I got shocked n really felt bad after seeing the Quantity of Idiyappam for what I paid 8.99$. There was 12 Idiyappam( as per them) but all together as per the size ,i can say it's just 3 ( Photos are attached for reference) and the beef roast was full of Gravy ( Just Onions ). Really felt upset with Quality n Quantity as well. Even i want to add a comment about the SAMOVAR TEA , the special ONE . It was the best tea in the town , but now it's one of the wrost. In regular intervals I visit Kerala nook especially to drink tea with my friends, it really gives a homely feel. Now , the quality dropped like anything. I don't know what to say much ! . Really disappointed ☹️.

Why I reviewed after someday! The reason is that Yesterday ( 7th August 2023) my friends visited and had Kappa Briyani. The food was very bad n lead to food poisoning. Initially I felt let it go but after this incident, felt that it's the time to give some genuine feedback. So to the management, please focus on ur Quality of food n Service , its dropping day by day . Bring it back and keep the place as the best as before in the town . Missing the OLD...

I ordered 2 briyani every week..last 2 weeks b4 gravy was less..i requested them and they give replacement..awesome..today i ordered 2 briyani onion uthappam and malabar chicken curry masala.. uthappam was cold and small small green chillies on top..after cing,i stop eating... i opened other bag..omg chicken curry was full of oily as u can c in the picture i uploaded...i phoned them to ask y curry is full of oil..the person attended the phone..v give every customer like this..no one complained... i cooked the rice in home..now curry 😪😪😰😰..two other people who spoke after that..if food is not good,y u ordering here,u can order somewhere else..atlast he told i will give 2 curry compilment.. the person told dont ask for free food..i paid 80+$ .. please dont say that..thats not good pratice my friend..i told him clearly i will bring food tomorrow and i show this to 3-5 customers if they said good My Apolozises..if they say no good i wont order in this place...i dont want any replacement from u guys... food is not nice. Promise customer that dont say sorry anymore for customers.. it wont happen in future..saying that u asking free food is not good pratice to answer...hard earned money ..its...

We had a wonderful experience at Kerala Nook! We visited 2 days ago as three Sri Lankan families, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even adjusted the spice levels to suit our traditional taste, which was a thoughtful and impressive gesture.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles. The service was excellent – our orders came hot, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere was cozy and family-friendly, making it a great place for small gatherings either. Especially the cheerful girl who served us, made the experience even more pleasant with her friendly attitude.

One thing to note – their menu prices are very affordable compared to many other restaurants. Because of that, they cannot always hire a large team for instant serving. During busy hours, a little delay may happen, but it’s completely understandable and well worth the wait for the quality of food you receive.

Overall, Kerala Nook combines authentic taste, warm hospitality, and great service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty South Indian food with a...
