When we had approach the counter to get our order taken, the young girl just looked at us and did not say hi or may I help you she just continued to just stare at us. I was already annoyed by that so I just looked back at her until she was going to open her mouth and greet me. I didn’t realize how much an effort it is for these young girls to greet a customer These days. When we had sat down and started, unpacking the bag of what we ordered when we had it for dine in, and they did not give us any trays and just bagged it up; I looked back at the cashier from where we were sitting, and both cashiers; the one that served us and the other young girl that was beside her Surfing on their phone and looking at their phone for at least a good minute. My friend even saw a manager load up the conveyor belt with a bag full of food and and they saw the employees on their phone and did not say anything to them. The burger itself was OK. I tried it because was curious to see how it was. But to be honest to pay $15.39 for one combo of the big arch is not worth it. There really isn’t anything that special about it. I have attached a photo of proof of one of the employees being on their phone. The angle of why I was in I could not get the other girl in the picture. This was on September 2 at 6:23 PM.

This is a complete rewrite of my review from 2 years ago due to recent experiences at this establishment. I went here with my relatives for drinks and desserts and the experience was not pleasant. First, the cashier entered our order incorrectly and as a result, it was a mess trying to get our latte and muffin. When we spoke with the manager she refused to give us the pairing for the advertised price on their very own sign. They were demanding that we pay 50 cents more (which happened to be higher than the price indicated on the sign of $2.99). This was after a mistake was made on their end in regards to the order. She also accused one of my relatives of not being able to read. Is this how employees at this location are trained to deal with customer issues? In addition, there was a major backlog of orders and it took along time to get our drinks. Finally, the iced coffee I ordered was extremely watered down and tasted terrible. Overall, a very poor experience and I would recommend attending other McDonald's locations. This one is poorly run, understaffed on a regular basis and their idea of customer satisfaction is to fight with them even the mistake was on their end. Please avoid this location.

The human staff are human in their occasional lack of apathy or refusal to allow that their mobile order taking need to have humans correcting its errors, especially when payment has been made but it does not show up on their cash register. Thankfully I get refunded after a bit of insistence that I am right, their system was wrong, even if one time it took me 10 days to get my refund!

If zero stars could be selected, even that would be a courtesy.

The customer service at this location is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen at a popular fast food chain like McDonald’s.

I pickup a lot of fast food orders, as a part time Uber Eats driver.

Watching a store staff or manager treat a customer like complete trash for attempting to pickup their order was a surprising and disgusting experience.

The McDonalds app will shamelessly allow a customer to place an order after the dining room is closed, even if they do not have a vehicle to pickup their order in the drive thru.

So this customer goes to the pickup window, where Uber Eats pickup their orders.

A courteous and punctual staff would have made the easy and time-saving decision to simply Provide this customer with her order at the pickup window.

Instead, I watched this staff repeatedly attempt to humiliate and belittle this poor customer, who just wanted to pickup their order, when the kitchen is closed, and they don’t have a vehicle for drive thru. Not to mention, the drive thru at this time is so busy the lineup is spilling into the street.

The McDonalds staff couldn’t even confirm for the customer that drive thru would provide their order if they attempt pickup without a vehicle. And since this customer wasn’t an Uber Eats driver, the staff opted to repeatedly refuse to hand this paying customer their (now probably cold) order as an exception to their store’s awkward order experience. The staff actually expected this customer to stand in a lineup of over a dozen vehicles, which is already insanely dangerous to do, not to mention might appear awkward or even humiliating to the customer.

I’ve never seen anything like this before. A paying customer finds the next best option to pickup an order and the store decides to waste everybody’s time with a frivolous power struggle that resulted in the customer becoming embarrassed and disheartened by this awful McDonald’s staff.

Just the worst customer service. I’m shocked this restaurant would do that to someone. Nobody should ever have to be treated like that simply for trying to retrieve an order they already paid for at the pickup window, since they don’t have a vehicle to safely attend the drive thru, and the dining room is closed.

McDonalds would rather do anything but their job when faced with a pickup order issue that is easy to solve within a short amount of time.

Shame on McDonalds for making a customer have to endure such a disgusting and reprehensible customer...

The worst mcdonalds in the city!!!! Especially during night ours ! Waiting for a cup of coffee for 20 minutes!!! If lucky!!!! Sometimes longer! If there is 2 cars in front of you... awww you better have lots of time available for waste, cuz it will push at least half an hour or longer....I placed my order 10 min ago, and there was only 3 cars in front of me, now 10min later 2 cars... and behind already 5 cars!!! This is how slow and non officiant they operate . Mcdonalds owner of this location please look into this issue because Its getting worse and worse!!! Do you have any shift Supervisor during night hours??? That they would maybe have some input during the shift? And organize things?!?!?!Or if you do please consider of getting a new one because this one clearly is not doing its job! My lunch at work is already over and I'm still waiting for my coffee... its been over 25min already- unbelievable!!!!! If I could I would give this location 0 stars. Very dissatisfied ://// not to mention how rude these people are here! I paid with cash $2.60 and the cashier at the window took a few minutes to count such a small amount of money!!!! This is terrible. If not that I work across of street I would never come here, I only go there as my last resource. Stay away from this location uts better to drive somewhere for a few minutes, then wait here - you will get your food much quicker than here!!! Horrible, ...
