Super disgusting and bad experience, there is a piece of hair in the rusk, which means the hair is there before they bake it. When I told this to the store, the store did not even apologize, the staff just offered me a refund and emphasized they are gonna give me a new bag of rusk for free, which came from the same delivery from the same supplier. I refuse to take the new bad because all the rusk are unsafe and unclean, and refused to take the refund. However, the store just took my rusk away and refused to give it back to me even though they did not set a refund, I asked to talk to the manager, the district manager try to explain that they have passed the food safety so that all the processes are secured and clean, and all she could offer me is the refund and that is it.
