Pho Phoenix ( Previously Pho Phuong Hoang ) — Restaurant in Toronto

The old man owner is like the boss of his customers. If you have special request for your order and they make it wrong, he would find words for his excuse and claims it is your fault for not being clear about your order. There is no compensation or exchange for you. You buy his food then prepare to buy irritation too, and lose money whether you're right or not. No wonder there was only few guests whenever I stop by his restaurant. Finally he shows his true color to me....

Food tasted great. Althought the vietnamese lady who operates the cashier/register better watch her tone the way she speaks to her customers. She seems that she is always on her period. We do not tolerate that kind of attitude and she talks to her co workers in her language while looking at us at the same time. We will not come back to this location again. She does not deserve to be working front till if she talks to customers like that. Maybe dishwashing would be...

My wife and I eat here at least once a week. The pho is our favorite in the area and when we choose an alternate dish we are not disappointed. Fast service...
