While I was inquiring about a new customization option advertised on Subway’s official app, I was met not with helpful guidance, but with an impatient and dismissive attitude. Instead of addressing my questions about available ingredients and customization details, Harleen responded in a condescending tone and made snarky remarks that embarrassed me in front of other customers.

Yesterday i came to this store around 8:30ish. I ordered a footlong sub and when i asked the lady(RANVEER) to put all the sauces, she said no. And argued with me that she can only put 5 sauces... (in 4 years this is the first time i heard this) so i told her to charge me extra if she has to but again she argued by saying i cannot put more then 5 sauces. What do you mean you can't put more??? When I politely asked for my sub to be grilled, she started behaving rudely and even resorted to abusive language may be her name is harleen. To make matters worse, she insulted me for using a discount provided by Subway’s official app, as if there was something wrong with redeeming an offer that the company itself provides.
