Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

Worst pizza ever!!! Don't know what I just ate??? Was that dog food??? Or maybe my dog would have refused that too!!! I'm sorry but you can't slop anything and just give someone for nearly $50... The pizza is really thin and yes I agree with other customers on your reviews, the toppings are falling off even though it's supposed to be baked thoroughly... Also the Panzo was not cooked inside its just they took some toppings and poured it inside when I broke it open nothing was on one half and the other side had some goey cheese, tomatoes, no red peppers and sparingly the ground beef... Even indian people who buy franchises know how to prepare pizza better than you all... I was wanting to go with my regular pizza pizza or the other local Indian guy down the road but I felt sorry for you that nobody comes to your shop as I passed there several times and now I know why!!! My parents had a business once overseas and they would never serve someone something like that... Your lucky Hells Kitchen Chef Ramsey never tasted or visited your restaurant & food... I best advise you some business and legal advice here please don't open shop until you know how to make this or until you take your money and hire a proper chef... I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat whatever that was or visit your pizza place... Even if you give me back my money what will i buy as you sell share slop??? 1 Star, Pizza Nova on 1954 Danforth Avenue.....never have I thought I would ever have to give a 1 star rating to a Pizza Nova location, that pizza you delivered to me was so Bland and distasteful, you call this cooked to well-done? well.... well-done! you have managed to disappoint me after thinking very highly of this franchise cause not only was this not done well-done but it was a little cold when I bit into the cheese it was a little hard and how is that possible if this was delivered all the way to my apartment in a thermal bag so that alone speaks suspicious volume also what has gotten into you to put the pepperoni's under the cheese, what were you thinking? the toppings is supposed to be on top of the cheese so it becomes crispy and delicious like come on seriously. Ordered a panzerotti with mushrooms, roasted red peppers and pineapple but instead there were a ton of olives inside. So obviously a mistake and I really don’t like olives so I call the location to request a new one. Yes they sent out the panzerotti with the toppings I ordered but no mention of any discount on the next order or even a free panzerotti for the inconvenience of having to wait for another 30 minutes or so. I also ordered a lasagna for my husband which is amazing but now he is so kindly waiting for me to get my dinner. Inconveniencing two people.
