So yesterday through Ritual( an app to order and pick to skip the lines). I ordered a Pollo(chicken) specialty pizza -17$ and some cents. I wanted a pepperoni pizza and couldn't opt for that on the Ritual site - so i ordered a chicken pizza - which is way more expensive than a pepperoni as it has more toppings. I wanted to change it so my husband went in and changed it to a pepperoni pizza and they still charged us what they would have for the chicken pizza when I know there are large specials - clearly indicated on their website. I dislike lying dishonest businesses. Unkess they refund my money - whatever the difference ( for me its the fact that they k ew they were stealing from my husband!) . Although the pizza is good id never order from here again. We dont order from thieves. We will be back to get our money back and see rectification for your mistake. We paid 17.80 for a large pepperoni pizza. Picture of the actual price below.⁷ ** the place redeemed themselves and gave us a free pollo pizza. I do love their pizza. We also grabbed 2 medium pizzas yesterday May 14th to support charity. 4.25 for euther a cheese or pepperoni pizza. We got 2 for 10$!! Super impressed- quality was good too. Id give a 4 or 5 star but was really upset about the previous experience:-/.

A Convenient Pit Stop After Axe Throwing After an exhilarating axe throwing date, my boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a quick and affordable meal. Pizza Nova emerged as the most convenient choice, and we decided to try their "The All Star Pizza" in a large size. The pizza was good, no doubt about that. The combination of toppings, including the mild peppers, added a pleasant flavour profile that we both enjoyed. The crust had a nice texture, and it satisfied our post-axe throwing hunger. However, one question lingered in our minds: why is Pizza Nova so expensive for a large pizza? It left us feeling a bit perplexed, especially when we were seeking a budget-friendly meal. While we expected some premium for the convenience factor, the cost still seemed disproportionately high. In summary, Pizza Nova served its purpose as a quick and easy post-axe throwing meal. The All Star Pizza was tasty, with those mild peppers adding a delightful twist. Nevertheless, the overall experience left us with a bit of sticker shock, which affected our rating. I'd give it a 2 out of 5. If you're not on a tight budget, it's a reasonable choice, but if you're looking for a more economical option, you might want to explore other pizza places in the area.

Terrible customer service. Went for ā€œcreate your own pizzaā€ option, the cashier asked me about 3 times about all the ingredients. Simply couldn’t respond to my question about pizza size (seriously?) Waiting time supposed to be 20 min,but I was waiting more that half an hour (I’d have to wait another hour if I ordered something elsešŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø) When I asked the worker why they take so long,he said ā€œyou can take your money backā€ with such a mean face,oh wow. Dirty tables, not mopped floor, bread crumbs on countertops-this place is unbelievable. But the customer service disappointed me the most. What can I say, pizza itself was good, except they didn’t put olives as I asked. Am I coming back?Neither me,neither my friends are not stepping into that Pizza Nova location. That’s the way business loses its clients, they can’t even make their workers happy,so nothing to say about customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 panzerottis online through uber eats at 12:23 pm on Monday. Then I walked to the place for about 10-12 min. I arrive to Pizza Nova at 12:39 pm. I tell them: "I'm here to pick up an order." The employee looks at me confused. Then he goes to the receipt machine. He picks up the receipt and sees the order. Then he tells me:"oh we will make it right now. Wait for 15 min." Then I sit there patiently trying not to make a scene despite being super hungry. The order is finally done at 12:52 pm and now I have to run back to work because I only have 8 more minutes till my lunch is done. I inhale the food and don't get a chance to enjoy the taste. Don't get me wrong. The panzerotti is very tasty. The two Asian guys super unprofessional. They only started gathering the ingredients and stuff after I came inside the building. The order should have been almost ready by the time I arrived to the place but NO. The idiot in a colored hat didn't have enough brains to check the receipt machine and make sure they are on top of things. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend anybody to order at pizza novas through food apps. You will waste your time and money. If you want pizza- then go inside and watch them like a hawk. Otherwise they won't...
