I went to this location few time and it used to be a good Burrito 🌯 Today there was someone else making my order. And this is the worst wrap someone can make. Ordered a classic chicken burrito. There was not enough protein added by the person making my wrap. I asked this is Classic correct - when she added a sample of chicken on my wrap. But that didn’t even remind her to put the enough protein on the wrap. Not sure what these people think while doing their job. Just give the customer what they are paying for. Saving on material is not going to get you a big bonus from owner instead it’s making the location loose a regular customer.

And I was the only person in the shop but the person was rushing my order as there is a timer ⏱️ going on.

Making a sandwich or Burrito is an art. It’s not just putting things in one wrap and throwing it at the customer.

Today I paid $15 for a chicken wrap mostly filled with rice and some veggies. And of course some pieces of Chicken as protein.

This employee might have saved the owner ingredients worth 1-2 dollars but lost a regular customer forever for this...

There's this one woman that works at the front taking orders, & she spends more time accusing people of stealing or being "fraud" then she does actually learning how to use the store's equipment like the debit pad machine & INTERNET HOSTS. The internet was down & as we kept trying to pay it would tell us host is lost.. instead she spent the time to tell us that it was declining & that we were trying to scam her instead of listening to what the actual problem was.

My company also tried to order a business platter, we called at a quarter to 9 AM when they only open at 11, we wanted one of the platter sets to be done(feeds less than 9 people). We realized that we needed to give the 24 hours in advance, as we apologized & explained that we were right around the corner & she basically laughed & said it could not be done. I explained the minimum that we wanted & that we didn't have a time frame for today & she refused to take a company order, losing lots of money for the company, she did not want to work with us as we were trying to work with her. I will not be ordering from this...

So I was in town on business, and a colleague told me about this place. I LOVE Mexican food, so she took me there for lunch. AMAZING BURRITOS!!!! The steak was ok, but I'm not a big fan of chewing on fat. I went there 3 times in 2 days, and had the steak and spicy chicken burrito (I did half and half to try it), a bean burrito, and a bowl. My only complaints that the steak chunks were too chewy (too much fat), and they didn't have a shredded meat option. The chipotle mayo and smoked paprika mayo were TO DIE FOR! The habanero mayo was good, but way too spicy for me.

In summary, the spicy chicken and bean burritos were absolutely AMAZING! (But I think the mayos made them!) The staff was nice, and very accomodating, since I'm such a picky eater! They use glives, and wash their hands, which is a big deal to me! 😊 My colleague said that we have a location back home, and I am just dying to go...
