Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to pick up the juice. The Asian lady, Ginne, was talking to her staff and explaining something. I waited for her to finish the conversation. Behind me, there were two Asian couples standing. I tried to speak to her about picking up the juice, but she ignored me. Suddenly, she called the Asian people behind me and started speaking to them in their language.

This felt like clear discrimination, and it is not acceptable. I understand this is an Asian-owned company, but they should not discriminate against people of other races. In a public place, English should be spoken so everyone can understand and be treated equally.

This was a very bad experience, and I plan to file a complaint with the Ministry of Ontario about...

Drinks are delicious here, especially the sherbet beverages. Although this branch has a beautiful and large seating area, employees fail to allow customers to make good use of it…We were told to leave 30 minutes after because “Customers can only stay for 30 minutes,” although there were only three other customers and the entire store was completely empty. It wasn’t busy and my friend and I were followed up again on after a few minutes to be asked to leave the store. This policy was confusing, considering it wasn’t busy hours at all. We placed an order in Uber selecting midland and lawrence location today.

We ordered Large, medium, and small Mango Diamond Slush.

We are dissapointed as it is watery. It looks like it is 85% water and just bit of mango. It doesnt taste anything like we usually order. We throw it out as it taste different.

Please make sure that all quality check is done and crews are properly trained in making such orders.

We paid $31.27 and its all a waste.
