UPDATE: Gave them another shot and nope. 75 to deliver only a few blocks away. What arrived was cold, burnt on the outside with raw dough inside. And $11 for only 9 zucchini fingers. Try to keep it local and support local businesses but this place will not get another dime from me ever.

ORIGINAL: Ordered many times before without issue but really not happy tonight. It arrived suspiciously fast. 2 pies, both supposed to be thick crust and well done. One was just barely cooked (not well done), the other had visibly raw dough. You could still smell the yeast. Had to wait for a call back for a proposed resolution, then was told that it was because we asked for thick crust, then finally offered replacements but only if they were not thick crust. The replacements arrived, again suspiciously fast, now regular crust... and the dough is still raw. Look at the pic. That goop on the knife is not cheese. It's raw dough.

Giving 3 stars based on better experiences before tonight and will try you one more time before giving up and looking for a new local pizza place but please listen to your customers. We've been regulars for years and never complained before. It was insulting to be told it was because of what we ordered (when you've properly cooked and sent thick crust before and offer it on your menu), and then rushed a 'resolution' pizza that, at your insistence, had to be regular crust... and is still...

I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I’m not happy. This is the second time I’ve received a pizza that was undercooked in the middle with mushy raw dough. The first time it happened I called in and they gave me some excuse like it was because I ordered too many toppings. I just accepted their excuse and didn’t make a problem. I ordered again tonight (with only two toppings) and I ate one slice before I wondered why it tasted weird so I checked and saw the dough was undercooked again! I called in and they said I should ask for it “well done” next time. (I’ve read 4 other reviews where people had the exact same experience with them.) they said I had to walk over and show them the pizza and they’d replace it but my stomach was feeling sick and I didn’t want to eat another pizza from them. So when I got there I told them I would like a refund instead. They tried to refuse the refund and gave me excuses as to why the dough wasn’t cooked and again told me I should ask for it “well done” but I told them why should I have to ask for it “well done” just to have it cooked the regular amount?? I was very firm and told them I saw many reviews with people saying the same thing as me. They finally gave me a refund but I did not get any sorry from them. I wanted to like this place but I’ll never be ordering...

I've been ordering from here since 2016. They used to make fantastic pizza with loads of toppings. The cheese on their regular pizzas would put most other places extra cheese options to shame. When the pandemic started they got very busy and twice when I ordered, they told me that I had to be downstairs before the driver arrived and if he had to wait, he would leave with my pizza and deliver it at the end of his rounds after an hour. They were very curt and rude about this. I empathize with businesses and this wasn't a problem for me because they made good pizza.

Fast forward to mid 2021 and the phone number no longer went straight to the store, it went to a corporate number where a person who does not work at the store took my order and forwarded it to the store. The pizza quality was in stark contrast from how it was before. It is now a very average pizza. The days of loaded up pizzas are gone. The cheese has a 3 inch gap of empty dough between the crust. We ordered it another time to see if this was a one off instance, mistakes happen after all, but it was the same. We will not be ordering from here anymore, there is much better pizza in the area for...
