Quick quiet and quaint . Pretty much covers it. Nice staff ,friendly , fast and focused. Clean and comfortable, with wi-fi, a accessible entrance and washroom. Inside its dark ,dim lights and a dark decor, with small tables, and bar like seating by the front windows, I chose here to sit for the extra light so I could read the menu. I think my eyes are getting old. ( but just my eyes everything else is up to snuff) . Food is made behind a big sneeze shield , and allows to watch your order prepared. I went for one if the three house specials. Picture a really big roll of sushi wrapped in a even bigger burrito. One is a filling meal, prices are good and I enjoyed it, and would try it again. Just not sure if the burrito part is necessary. So all in all I'll give them a 4 out of 5. Support our food industry by picking up or eating at your neighbourhood independent restaurants. Skip the fast food for a few months. Its these people who need our support. Peace to all and thanks for continuing to do your part to help everyone though this challenging times. Brad

The first sushi burrito I ever had and instantly fell in love with Rolltation. I never jumped in on the sushi burrito craze a couple years back. But decided that I should give it a shot, better a couple of years late than never. I really enjoyed the rustic decor of this location. With plenty of space and seating this is a great place to have a quick lunch or dinner with friends. The burrito (tempura shrimp) was absolutely delicious. The ingredients gave a fresh pop to the creamy and rich teriyaki mayo. But for me the one thing that really stood out was that the quality of the ingredients used. The shrimp tempura was still warm and crispy, the veggies still had a nice crunch and even the rice tasted fresh and recently prepared. The servers were quick and was glad to see that when a line was starting to form more employees came out to help out. To sum up everything, this place was delicious and a much better choice than most fast food restaurants in the area. The burritos was delicious and would definitely recommend to sushi or even burrito lovers :)

Rolltation. Sushi. Burrito. How can you be more fusion than that? You get your Mexican Tex-Mex Burrito, Japanese Sushi, plus Hawaiian or Pacific Poké bowls. Setting-wise, I love what they did to the place's interiors. For a floor area much longer than it is wide, the wall mounted tables complemented with high chairs was a very nice touch. Ordering here is also very exciting and personalized. It is always about getting what you want and how you want it. Customers get to mix and match proteins, veggies, sauces, and toppings to their order. Other than the customized Burrito, Poké, & Salad, the place also serves equally delightful menu items such as the Kale Noodle and Rice Burger. It will likely be a different dining experience every time. True to what Rolltation is and how they acknowledge the unique and multicultural diversity of Toronto into their carefully selected Sushi Burritos and Poké Bowls, the gastronomic experience here is a reflective microcosm of the various backgrounds and ethnicities that have come to call Toronto their home.

I've been a loyal customer since before COVID-19, and I have to say, this place is one of the most consistently excellent establishments around. For taste and value, it may be a bit pricey, but it's well worth it for what you're getting. I always go for the roll-your-own salmon burrito-their ingredients are so playful and delicious that it's hard to pass up. The fish and meat are always fresh, the rice ratio is perfect, and their crunchy toppings and sauces are to die for. When it comes to value, taste, and consistency (which is rare to find these days), this establishment really stands out. As well as their customer service which is usually efficient and friendly.

The portion sizes are great for the average person, so I find the price fair for a full meal. My one complaint is with the kale, which sometimes arrives stale and includes the stems, making it hard to chew. Ideally, the stems should be removed, and the kale should be massaged for a better texture.

Overall, though, this place is a gem, and I always look forward to...
