We’ve been stoked about trying Season Six for a long while, and our schedule finally lined up so we could have dinner on their patio. All we can say is: Wow! They live up to the hype, and then some. We love their menu concept; develop dishes that use seasonally fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. And check out their website for why “six” seasons, and not “four” - makes total sense and shows their attention to detail at its best. They’ve nailed the fast casual concept, providing imaginative, delicious dishes at a very reasonable price (especially since they’re located on the trendy Ossington Strip, where too many restaurants use the location to charge too much for food that doesn’t warrant the price point). The service is absolutely on-point. Friendly and knowledgeable while avoiding the faux geniality and familiarity that so often plagues the fast casual scene. They have a short, but well thought-out wine list - again, for very fair prices (so refreshing to find a restaurant that doesn’t use the wine list as an excuse to pillage your wallet!). Similarly, a short but imaginative and delicious cocktail list that is created in-house provides a great chance to set the mood for the delicious meal to come. And the food is outstanding. Fresh, imaginative - even daring - delicious, and very filling. We ordered two bowls and a side of grilled ratatouille (OMG - so good) and could have easily been satisfied with just the two bowls. But the delicious grilled ratatouille justified our having to waddle away from the table when we were done. We can’t recommend Season Six highly enough. We will most certainly make a point of returning for each of their six new menus a year, and will not doubt repeat each at least once.

Was going to see a friend perform but needed to eat and found season six! The interior matched the decor everything blended so perfectly together creating a safe environment when you walk through the doors. We got placed right away. The gentleman who was working, the bar was very observant. I went to get up to go ask him a question cause we made eye contact. He came right over to me nudging me to sit down and Helped me right away. There are no pictures on the menus But he painted the pictures so beautifully. Everything sounded incredible. I got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. There was the perfect amount of croutons, The lettuce had the perfect crunch. My favourite part was the sauce. I don’t know his recipe, but there’s no way I can duplicate this, so I have to go back soon. The chicken came right Off the grill and cut into perfect bite-size pieces. I needed to go to the bathroom, I ended up walking to the kitchen area. Where a gentleman was cooking. He didn’t see me walk by The first time cause he treated the food dish he was making with fine detail and perfection. Everything is made fresh. You could tell he cared about his dishes, Like Gabriel from Emily in Paris. The second time I walked back, trying to find the bathroom. He looked up And laughed, I told him I was lost Instead of judging me he showed me where the bathrooms were. I’ve never felt so welcomed and respected at a restaurant before. If you’re looking for a place to eat give this place a chance. I love the aesthetic, the colours and how it feels like autumn.

Exceeded my expectations!!! Ive been wanting to try Season Six for so long and finally went out to celebrate an anniversary. I’ve been out to a lot of restaurants in Toronto and many were significantly more expensive but I’ve never received the service that I received at season six. From even before our reso, the staff were so kind to be accommodating for our reso time, when we got to the restaurant we were greeted with such kind staff, complimentary champagne, and moved to a super cosy and intimate spot since we were celebrating an anniversary. All of the staff we had were beyond kind and personable. The environment is so cosy and perfect for date night. Moving on to the food.. wow!! I love a good seasonal menu because the plates are always so fresh and tasty. We had 3 appetizers, two drinks, two mains and a dessert and it was under $90 a person with tip. The food was soooo tasty. The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing, the beet salad was so fresh and tasty, and the Brie dip was super good as well. We shared two pasta dishes for main which was honestly more than enough food in itself and had creme brûlée for dessert which they lit a sparkler for us. All in all it was a 1000/10 experience and I’m happy we chose to spend our anniversary at season six. Will definitely be back with friends and family ❤️
