HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHAWARMA EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD.

I was greated with a beautiful smile from the store front employee. His name is Aryan, he was patient with me and explained the different options I had as it was my first time. He is a very pleasant soul with an amazing vibe, the food matched the serving experience I got.

Now let’s talk about the food, BOOOM THE BEST SWARMA I HAVE EVER HAD… wow I’m definitely coming back again, and again. The chicken was so fresh, and could taste the Quality. I eat a lot of chicken… so I really know. The sauces, and the way it’s wrapped and torched. Just WOW, FANTASTIC AAA QUALITY. I love this place, it’s definitely my new favourite spot.

I read the receipt and cracked a joke and said I signed it, and took it to a girl who was working at the front named Krisha.”can I get some ketchup I signed” she laughed and said “absolutely”. We chatted for a bit, she was also a very kind soul with very good humour and referred me to the instagram page to get some nice laughs. I wish more places had such wonderful people working there to TOP the amazing food they serve.

Shelby's has gone way downhill over the years. Was happy once they came and finally had decent shawarma downtown. it was pricier than other places but was delicious and reasonably priced for the size. now it's so inconsistent and victim to shrinkflation. Can't recommend this anymore. Expanded too fast, no franchise control, and compounded when the workers you hire clearly don't care. it becomes totally apparent in the preparation of the food and customer service.

Don't trust the reviews. This is a solid 3-3.5 at best now. look at all the fake 5 star reviews. it's simply not possible. majority are 100% paid or bot reviews.

Look at this wrap today. This used to be bigger in the past. This is pitiful for a $13 wrap. when half the bite is layers of saj i am sad. and the fries tasted like that old/weird potato taste you get when potatoes are off. Now it seems the legendary portion of protein is what you would regularly get at other shawarma places. Just look at this protein ratio.

Done with them. Great way to kill long-term loyalty and recommending others. Quickly becoming osmow's/tahini's level garbage shawarma. Franchise expansion greed...

I recently visited Shelby’s Shawarma and ordered their Shawarma Biryani, and it was absolutely fantastic. But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional service provided by Aman. It’s rare to see such commitment and passion in customer service these days. He checked on the food, made sure everything was perfect, and never stopped smiling throughout the process.

Honestly, it’s because of employees like Aman that I would love to visit Shelby’s again and again. He made my day with his kindness and energy. The management should be proud to have someone like him on their team. If every store had an Aman, customer satisfaction would always be at 100%.
