Response to your reply on April 4th, 2022:

Your understanding is wrong because apparently contrary to mine, your English is not up to an acceptable standard on a par with your food and service.

(1) You only read the first part of my review. You have no idea of cooking and managing a restaurant. I threw out your Kookoo Sabzi the first time. And the second time the chicken was terrible and disgusting. So no it’s not only about pricing; it’s about your inability to cook an acceptable food FOR THAT PRICE.

(2) If you have ever been to any decent restaurant — which I doubt from your quality of food — any basic food is coming with bread even if it is not written in the menu. Check some Greek and Lebanese restaurants and learn! To start with check for example Garage Beiruit in Montreal. See? There’s no mention of the bread but it comes with bread by default. This is expected of any restaurant.

(3) ”the portion is huge and the best quality of chicken white meat, and the best chef to make it.” Reply: Either you’re struggling with comprehending what quality food is or you’re yet another ignorant self-absorbed oblivious “business owner”. Are you trying to troll us here? The quality of the meat was terrible; the chicken was stale; the portion was not huge, and your chef has no idea about cooking.

(4) “a kind of person who wishes bankruptcy for a business” Reply: You can already see the amount of reviews who believe your food is terrible. Any business who cannot meet an acceptable standard should go bankrupt so the remaining businesses learn to keep up with the quality. This is called increasing the quality of experience. This is my solid belief and I am not going to change it.

(5) “Please Do Not come back to my restaurant ever.” Reply: Again, it seems you don’t understand English language. I have already written “I gave this place two shots so far and there will be no more.” This simply means that I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE. What did you miss here that you felt you’re the one who’s asking me not to come back? You have already delivered terrible result TWICE! There are many Lebanese, Arabic, and Israeli restaurants in Toronto which can deliver quality Middle Eastern food with a reasonable price! Why would I even come back to you!

(6) I have already refunded my money from Uber. It’s time for you to check the amount of bad reviews here and to open your eyes and to get over your ignorant self-absorbed oblivious approach before you go bankrupt. Instead of fighting and arguing here, either learn how to cook or hire a proper chef!

Yet another “Persian restaurant” which deserves to go bankrupt.

I gave this place two shots so far and there will be no more.

The first time, Kookoo Sabzi was completely burnt on the outside and it was raw in the inside, so I had to throw it out.

The second time, they charged me 20 dollars for just one skew of chicken without any bread or rice! And the meat is low quality and it tastes awful. These people are out of their mind when it comes to quality and pricing. Terrible!

Note: Just look at their reply to other comments: “sorry to hear that” without any minimal effort for improvement or at least compensation. These people have no idea about...

With all respect to all restaurant businesses and knowing that this is a very tricky one, but for better service and food quality, I have decided to share my experience with Sina persian restaurant in Toronto. We are from another city and we are in our vacation. we searched for a good restaurant and Sina restaurnat came along other ones. I chose it because of the reviews and stars it got. we went there yesterday and the waitress came to us(the only person in the restaurant who was cooking, preparing, serving customers, cashier,...). We ordered barg and koobideh for our main course and she said that it has to be checked if they still have barg available. We didn't expect to see one of the main kababs could be out at 6 pm! it took around half an hour to bring our appetizer (mirza ghasemi) with bread, both were stale and you could feel it as soon as you saw it. After that, the food came ( kabab koobideh and barg). Rice was cold and it was rewarmed and kabab was not as good as you expect, we were very disappointed and I really don't recommend to anyone. You do not have the feeling that you are in a Persian's restaurant. Although the waitress was very polite and welcoming, I will never...

I recently visited this Iranian restaurant in Toronto and was blown away by the incredible food and friendly service. From the moment I walked in, the owner and waitress made me feel welcome and at home.

The Koobideh kabab was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning and spices. I also tried the yoghurt and doogh, which were both delicious and refreshing. I can honestly say that every dish I tried was amazing and full of flavor.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The owner and waitress were so polite and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking and offering great recommendations. They really went above and beyond to make my dining experience a memorable one.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Iranian food and outstanding service. It's a shame that there are no Persian restaurants in London, but I would definitely come back to Toronto just to eat here again. Thanks for a...

Went here with my family a week ago, and I was absolutely appalled by the quality of food. Most of the food was lukewarm, and tasted as if it had been preheated minutes before it was served to us; this is supported by the sounds of a microwave we heard being used in the back, plus how quickly the food was served to us. The kebab was extremely chewy and bland, and was not cooked all the way through. The rice was cold as well, and the soups tasted as if they came out of a can, and not made fresh. When we informed the server of these issues with our food, she put us on the phone with the manager, who said the food is “cooked fresh every day” even after we informed her of the quality of our food. The total bill was $150, but we ended up paying $80 simply because none of us could even stomach what was served to us. Extremely disappointing experience, and it’s a disgrace to true Persian cuisine which is actually quite delicious and properly cooked. Will definitely not be coming back anytime soon.
