The WORST experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. This store doesn’t know what customer service means. When picked up my order I said to the barista I asked my beverages with no foam, cup was 1/4 of foam. The barista instead of an apology or even try to make it right she gave me an attitude and a hard time by saying it’s impossible to make it without foam. I said I have been asking for it at different stores and they make it right not sure why she couldn’t make it. She said she cannot make it as I wanted and walked away. I asked for a refund and she came and ripped off the stickers from the cup when she saw I was taking a pic of the cups. She continue arguing in the back while the other barista was processing my refund. I said the customer service at this location is really bad she looked at me and continue arguing. I asked to the other barista for the store manager name and the first barista yelled at me there were business cards if I wanted one. At this point I was tired of her attitude I only said, I’m not talking to you and she sarcastically said “have a good one ma’am”. This barista needs a customer service training ASAP. Read moreThis was a very good coffee house before the pandemic hit. It is now a very unorganized place to buy anything. There was recently a server yelling at a challenged person to tell them that their policy was not to refund and the server spoke so condescendingly that the challenged person looked somewhat fearful.
This location does not seem to have a cleanliness agenda and the small cliques that frequent this location sit at the tables for hours and not purchase anything I'm really not sure of the staff serving etiquette as one server may behave in one way and another in a totally opposite manner, which at any point of purchase can be rude and confusing
Bad behavior is no excuse not to do what the job takes to help a customer
I will be thinking twice before returning. Sorry

Just updating and nice to say in my opinion, the "closed off" feeling of previous years here has opened up again and I have been able to resume visits and purchases here with friends once again. Read moreI am a regular customer at this store plus I am also doing Uber/Doordash. I needed to use the washroom and asked Kay for the washroom code. She asked me rudely over to the Cash counter. I thought I did not understand her command perhaps and politely requested to repeat. She curtly told me that in order to use the washroom I MUST make a purchase. I thought this was a bizarre request and wanted to bring to the attention of Senior Management. I politely left the store in astonishment and disbelief I go to scores of Starbucks for personal and business reasons DAILY. Never has anyone told me to make a purchase in order to use the washroom. Is this a new policy at this Starbucks??? I will be following up with the Head Office as well. I am 75 years old.
