This location needs much more training. Terrible experience today with the short-haired barista cashing me out. She was not listening to me at all even though I repeated several times that I wanted to reload my card, yet she said I didn't tell her and made it seem like it was my fault. For some reason she thought I was re-loading my Starbuck card, yet using my debit card to pay for the remaining balance on my drink. How does that make any sense??? I had no idea what was going on during my transaction. Never has there been this much confusion for something I do on a regular basis at Starbucks. I kept asking at the end if I should tap my debit card yet. She said finally, "well, you have to pay for your drink". I was also in line for a half hour. I know Starbucks gets busy, but the line was extremely long and inefficient because she kept going to the back for long periods of time to chat. I've waited in lines like this before, but they have always moved relatively fast. Normally it's waiting for my drink that takes longest, but not in this instance. My boyfriend was so frustrated with the barista that he didn't bother ordering a drink. He later found out that everyone was new, just hired 2 weeks ago. I ordered a chicken sandwich to take back to my hotel suite for later and did not want it toasted. It came out of a fridge and was going directly into another fridge. Sales lady could not comprehend English when I asked for this and proceeded to put it into a toaster. I did not want this and the woman refused to comply. I asked for a refund but they needed their manager. The manager was (presumably) notified about this. I waited over 10 minutes for the manager to come out from the kitchen but was never responded to. I told her let me ask your manager and the manager when he came and he told me that against our policy !!!!! .I told him that's not true. You are under Starbucks name.
