Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to this restaurant during afternoon, I requested the staff there if they can pick some veggies (little lettuce, onion, and if available small number of slices of tomatoes) from the back kitchen area as I am allergic to some of the items as they preparing orders and touch different type of meat, hence contaminate the veggies. So, I requested for clean, fresh veggies and requested whatever they have…usually at other subway restaurants they are more respectful and understand my conditions, whereas the rep Mehrzad here outright told me that he won't bring them. I left the place right away and will definitely not going there in future and won't recommend to other people with a similar condition as mine to go...

I should have been there to watch what they put in. I ordered 2 crunchy chicken teriyaki over the web for pick-up. Either the lettuce or spinach was spoiled. When vegetables go bad they always have that smell that everyone recognizes; no matter how much sauce they squirt, it can not cover up the stench. I had to throw both away. I should have brought it back but in my job I'm pressed for time. This subway in the hospital cheated me before by putting in one scoop of chicken instead of 2 in a foot long. I was there to get a sandwich. There were bugs flying in the store, over the food. When I showed it to the guy behind the counter he became blind all of a sudden. I asked him that I don’t want that food. Just give me a refund straight away refused that I have to take that food because I’ve already paid for it.
