Beware of this location. I visited with my family. My 13 year old son went ahead of us while I finished paying for something at a store. By the time I got there, my son had already placed an order and was ready to pay. I stayed a bit back to secure a table for us just about 10-15 ft away. I could see him and listen to what was going on. He was ready to pay. The lady behind the counter asked what method of payment. I had given my son $20. When he said cash, she asked for the money. As my son extended the $20 bill, she said that they had no change. My son pulled the money back. She explained he had to pay since she already made the sandwich, but told him she couldnât give him the change cuz they didnât have any. I was listening but neither my son nor her knew I was there yet. My son said he couldnât give her a full $20. The amount due was $10.88. My son said she had to give him change. She called the manager from the back. He came and without even asking what was going on, first thing he said as he was walking towards the counter was that he had to pay, that they had no change, and that he wasnât leaving until he paid. He was very strong in his demeanour feeling brave against a child. He also didnât notice I was listening and watching. My son was nervous and didnât know what to say. I saw him reach for his phone. I knew he was gonna call me. So I started to walk towards them to step in. This is when the guy raises his voice and tells him he has to pay or he will be in trouble. My son was so nervous he couldnât dial the phone. I feel like the guy didnât want him to call me. I got there and told my son to give me the $20 note and sent him to watch our table. As soon as I got there the lady ran to the back. The guy whoâs name tag read âFarzadâ or âFarzarâ, suddenly changed his tone and welcomed me and asked what he could do for me. A very different person that was just trying to intimidate my son seconds before. I told him that if he didnât have change, it was his issue. Not ours. He immediately said he had just remembered that they just got some change. Took the payment and gave me the change no problem on the spot. I found this very odd. While I ate there I watched the store. Noticed the same issue twice with other teens or women but never with families or other guys. Got me thinking, this location has a lot of student traffic from the school a block away. If they take kidsâ change at every purchase, theyâre making a killing in cash at the end of the shift. The lady had red hair. Older lady. The guy was also older and had grey hair. Personally, weâre avoiding this location...

Worst Subway experience ever. Avoid this location if you value basic respect and customer service.
Every single time Iâve ordered from this Subwayâespecially through the appâtheyâve found a way to ruin the experience. The staff here is extremely rude, and to make things worse, the owner himself is often offensive, arrogant, and disrespectful to paying customers.
Whenever I use an offer or promotion from the Subway app (which is literally provided by Subway), they act like Iâm doing something wrong. The owner makes weird faces, talks down to customers, and gives lame excuses to delay the orderâclearly just because I used a discount. Iâve had to wait extra long for my food while they prioritize other in-store customers, just to punish people for using online deals. Itâs pathetic.
This isnât just a one-time thing eitherâit happens EVERY TIME. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, with zero effort made to hide their frustration or rudeness. It honestly feels like they donât want customers at all.
Food quality? Itâs Subwayâyouâll get what you ordered. But if you want to feel unwelcome, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a customerâthis is the perfect place for you.
Save yourself the headache. Go to ANY other Subway or sandwich shop nearby. This one deserves...
Read moreThe person who made my sandwich didn't ask me if I wanted cheese, and if so what kind. They just slapped some unknown white cheese on it before it went in the toaster without me seeing. Not great if your customer has an allergy or other dietary restrictions.
Then strangely, unlike any other Subway I've been to in the last 20 years, they microwaved the chicken separately from the sandwich in the toaster. This left the chicken mushy and flavorless.
When I saw that the bread (after it was taken out of the toaster) had cheese on it I complained saying "You never asked me about cheese, the person making the sandwich sighed and seemed annoyed that I brought it up. They asked if they should redo it, but I just wanted to get my food and leave so I said not to bother.
When they rung up the sandwich, they didn't ask if I wanted a drink or cookie with it. I chose not to order them as I didn't want to give them any more of my money, and...
