Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually come here for my lunch as i work across the street. The old man who is usually here during lunch time is amazing however mostly the girl who works here i think her name is mani and she is also here during lunch. I usually ignore this but this has happened quite a few times now. She is very rude. Doesn’t change her gloves when touching my veg sandwich today she touch her hair while my bread was in the toaster and started making the sandwich. The sandwich was so bad and assembled roughly. I couldn’t even eat it. Everything was out of the bread. She is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t even greet guests. I hate coming here when she is working but sometimes i have no choice but today was the worst service. Her hair was all over the kitchen and music playing loud on her phone. She should tie her hair and i think she needs more training how to assemble sandwiches. This is not great customer service and not acceptable when it...

Terrible service! The guy behind the counter was in need of retraining... Claims they ran out of bread and we have to buy the flat bread which is more expensive. I order a wrap and this is how it was made. (see picture) Really? This is not quality! I pay for the food and the server walks off. I'm still waiting, he returns to the counter in a rude tone of voice to see what I need. I ask for my order that he left behind the counter and never gave to me after I had paid for it. Bought two sandwiches around 7:45 pm. She wasn’t polite at the counter at all. Owners obviously taught her give an old bread which one of my sandwiches was. Barely any veggies left and she brings back little by little from back fridge. Also no washing hands In between after many interactions with food, back fridge and next customers.
