There are a lot of Tim Hortons in Canada and this is by far the worst. I've never seen so many people run around to help so few. Coffee usually burnt. Orders usually wrong after even after repeating with no knowledge of their few items. This location has has actually had me thinking of switching careers to doing quality control.
Here's a couple examples since you read this far. There's always an enormous line both in the morning and at lunch so forget it if you have anywhere to be cause its not moving. There's a day time lady who will pick the bread out of the middle of bagels before spreading cream cheese. There's a sole weekend evening lady/ shrinking violet who both can not comprehend orders in english but has no idea what you are asking for and then -guaranteed- will get it wrong to the point where it's laughable. Finally, don't ask for any change in sauce or god for bid your sandwich cut in half. That is just not happening.
My hope is that Tim Hortons will see this and finally send a regional person in for retraining or just a...
Read moreThe worse experience I've EVER had and I’m calling the health and safety team to come investigate this matter. I purchased an iced cap tonight as this Tim hortons is on my way home. Thinking it was going to be okay, because it usually is from here, I took a good sip. I INSTANTLY SPIT IT OUT! It was the most SOUR iced cap I’ve ever tasted in my life. I instantly got a stomach ache.
The customer service here is terrible. I had the person who drove me home go back because that’s their area. The lady here was very rude, wouldn’t even refund the money that was paid for it! Made another one but when that one was tasted it was still the same. Was told to come back tomorrow because they’re closed now?
That could make someone very very ill. Zero stars if I could give. Worst...
Read moreEdit: after 3 years nothing has changed. Still have slow inattentive staff. Amazing how 5 people working and they can't even take a single order for 4 mins while every staff member goes to do something other than the register. Bagel was not cut in half for some reason and all the cheese was in the hole of the bagel instead of on the bread part. Impossible to eat in the car, I threw it out. (Apr 22 7:45am)
3 years ago: Be prepared to wait in a line that snakes throughout the store. Slow inattentive staff that will require you to repeat your order several times before they "get it" due to chatting with their coworkers. Very disappointing visit and not what I would expect from Tim Hortons. Also their clock on the wall is five minutes fast so you think you're later...
