Hello Tim Horton's I am very disappointed that the waste receptacle was taken away last week from the outside take away window. We are already seeing lots of Tim Horton cups and wrappers thrown around the parking lot and into the flower bed. Is there anything we can do about this? I would appreciate a response about this before I start making phone calls. Otherwise I am very happy with my Tim Horton experience at Coxwell and Danforth, your staff is wonderful at this location. Thank you Glenn
Hello again Tim Hortons
Thank you for responding to my very positive post. I am still very disappointed that you did not address the reason that I made my original post. The trash can was removed from the take out window and now some very impolite people are throwing there trash all over the parking lot and into the flower bed. It is such a bad reflection on Tim's and our community to see all this garbage lying around. Is there any chance that the trash bin can be brought back, we have a lot of people who bring their dogs and I am one of them. My puppy dog Ellie is a dog that grabs everything off the ground and try to eat it. We are working on fixing that but it can be very annoying when I am trying to order my coffee and donut while trying to watch her. I am thinking that your response is just an AI response and nothing will come of it. I will wait a couple days and then I will give a call to your head office. Again your staff at your Coxwell and Danforth are the best and I have no complaints regarding them. Thank you...
Read moreI went to this Tim Hortons location couple of days ago. I ordered a coffee and bagel with peanut butter. I asked the order taker to spread the peanut butter on my bagel. He replied they don't spread it on for allergy reason. Even though it didn't make no sense for the fact 1. they are using gloves when they prepare your food, 2. Tim Hortons constantly remind their customer that their facility is not peanut free, rather than arguing I chose to ask for a strawberry jam. This time a women colleague turned and said we don't spread anything and that I would have to do it myself. Had it been a seat down restaurant I would have done it myself since it is not I insist they do it for me. She told me If I don't like their service she will refund my money and I go my way. I was really surprised with the attitude and poor customer service she exhibited. Hope the ownership of this franchise and Tim Hortons will take the necessary action to correct this behavior. As to the peanut butter or jam spreading Tim Hortons has to have one set of policy for all the franchisee so there wont be any...
Read moreGood always seems chemically engendered. Coffee is bland and is not like a good roast found at smaller independent coffee shops. The atmosphere is your typical generic fast food diner. I know it's sacrilege to give Tim's a 3 star rating because it's Canada's hometown brand but it no longer is keeping up with the diverse population. The app is very unfriendly. I often have to pay full price even when activating the offers. The staff just say, it doesn't work and make me pay full price. I was offered a free cup of coffee and when I scanned it, it charged me full price. Didn't realize it until I got home. Also the offers don't make sense. Why would I want a hot breakfast sandwich with a cold iced coffee. It's obvious they just want to market the fake chemical induced drinks. I'm backing off from Tim's unfortunately and returning to the mom and pops that offer value and good wholesome honest products...
