Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually always come to this location as it is close to my work place. Tonight Jan 10th at 10:49 I went through the drive through for a toasted tea biscuit with butter. I asked at the drive thru what time they close and they said 11pm. Why is the staff already cleaning and told me cut off time was 10:30. Why are you guys closing early. I told her that this isn't right your suppost to be open until 11. She said she could only give me the tea biscuit as is. I told her to give me a butter on the side. As I approached the window with my 10 dollars in hand I proceeded to tell her this isn't right your closing hours are 11 NOT 10:30. She told me "forget it and go somewhere else" and closed the drive thru glass window in my face with my money still held out to give to her. She proceeds to tell me I was being rude to her when in reality she knew she was WRONG! I never called her out her name or yelled I simply told her "this isn't right". Your hours say close at 11pm NOT 10:30 Her attitude is very nasty and rude. I did not appreciate the glass door being slammed in my face waiting with my money only because I said it's not right they are closing early. She told me her manager told her to close the deli at 10:30. This is unacceptable. You close at 11 but I have to be there practically an hour in advance to get my bread toasted? I rated 2 stars because the staff on the other shifts are soo kind and friendly. They always have service with a smile and warm greeting . This particularly rude individual tonight...

This location used to great back in the day. I came in this morning, and was the only person in line. All the employees spoke Hindi with eachother and did not so much as greet me to say ""I'll be with you in one moment." I waited for some time. I order one egg sandwich with butter only on an English muffin and the young girl didn't understand what I was ordering. I had to repeat the order a few times. Once my order was completed, I thanked her, but she did not so much as make eye contact with me to say anything else. Employees need to be trained to greet customers, and thank customers after an order is placed, and to speak English when on their shift. I am bilingual myself and will alway speak English on the job. I go out of my way to come to this Tim Horton's because it's usually great. This time I ordered my usual toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel had to little cream cheese you could see right through it to the bagel. I asked for it to be toasted but the bagel was obviously from yesterday because even toasted it was rock hard. Like eating stale bread. I had to wait a little longer in the drive thru line this time, maybe that's why the bagel was rushed... I'm really disappointed because lots of Tim Horton's have low standards like this and I stop going to them... I guess I'll have to pick a different...
