I don’t usually write reviews but I am absolutely flabbergasted by today’s service. I order through the app at 10:40. I went to pick up my order around 10:55. I received my food (egg and cheese muffin) within a few minutes of reaching. Then I went to the drinks area assuming my drink would be ready by then. The lady looked at my phone screen 3 times then went to the till looking for my “receipt”. How come the food station got my order but you’re claiming you didn’t? She looked for the said receipt for 15 minutes, it was 11:15 by then. I told her several times it’s a large iced coffee, please just look at the order number on my phone or look at the order at the food station. She absolutely refused. I was late for my class due to this. I ordered in advance so I wouldn’t have to go through any hiccups. When I tell you this place was busy yet the lady chose to stand and tap buttons on the till looking for a receipt I had on my phone already. Incredibly frustrating, disappointing and overall upsetting. I understand there’s protocol or whatever but how come another crew was able to find my order but you could not? It’s very very disrespectful for people’s time. I wouldn’t lie about purchasing a $3 drink, I was ready to give her the extra $3 if she could just hand me the drink but the absolute disregard this woman had was so crazy.
