I saw many people raved about this place from the Redbook app, so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. Staff there are very friendly and seem to know what they are doing. My face was scanned with a machine to see all dark spots, redness and texture of the face.

However, after scanning my face, the staff started to introduce their membership price, and it was going nonstop, which I understand it is their job to do so. Prior to scanning my skin, the staff already hinted towards the more expensive treatment which I did not request for. As many places offer a first-time visit discount; and therefore, I asked if they could honor me a discount as they claim you would get $100 off if you are referred by a friend. But, they wouldn't give you a discount as a first-time visitor?

In the end, the staff had to ask the owner to offer the discount price, which is nice of them. During the session, I was told if I give a 5-star review on Google I can receive a $10 off onto my next session, which makes sense why you can see so many people gave them the 5-star reviews here.

Overall, in my opinion this place is a mediocre as I prefer not to be pressured at the first time visit to buy their membership and would prefer staff are genuine to help with your skin rather than trying to...

Peggy used the Visia Facial Analysis on me to target my skin conditions and to view problem areas.
