Such an uncomfortable experience, I went in with a friend and was greeted by one of the sales reps, I caught kind of a weird vibe but didn’t think anything of it, anyway I started looking around on the first floor at the clothing when I started to notice that the same sales rep that had greeted me was just lurking around, I tried to ignore it but I was uncomfortable, my friend and I left and went to the second floor and moments later he showed up and was lingering closely again we decided to go up again to escape the weird atmosphere. The sales rep on that floor seemed to be helping someone when we got there and the vibes were good so we started to walk around/take pictures/browse the shelves, I picked up a Paco Rabanne chainmail purse and the sales rep started talking to me about it, he was friendly and I was comfortable at first, I took some pictures with/of the bag but he was literally standing/watching so close that it made me nervous and self conscious so my friend suggested going back down to the second floor via the elevator, while in there we both acknowledged how uncomfortable we were but how that last sales rep had been nice. We get out on the second floor and guess who’s there? THE SALES REP WE HAD JUST BEEN WITH! We stay there briefly and go back to the first floor, sales rep #1 greets us again and tells us to have a nice day but I decide I want to take another look around, I start smelling perfumes when I feel a presence beside me and I KNOW it’s the sales rep from floor 3, I don’t even turn to look I just continue but I feel uneasy, at this point I’m like what is going on??? Do I look like a thief? Is he trying to make a sale? Do they want me to get out? Obviously I’ll never know but my mind was racing thinking about all the reasons this might be happening. I walk over to the island with the sunglasses and start trying them on and this man is standing directly across from me WATCHING ME, finally we go over to the palm tree area to take pictures and everyone leaves us alone and then we leave. The whole thing was so bizarre, I have NEVER had that happen to me. I was wearing a large tote so maybe if I had come with a smaller bag things would have been different? I really have no idea what that was. I feel like they could have watched me without being so obvious, so it kind of seems like they did it on purpose, for what reason? I...
Read moreTerrible Service and Unreasonable Waiting Policy!!!!! I experienced the most unwelcoming retail encounter at this supposedly trendy boutique. Despite having visible empty seating areas inside, the staff forced my companion and me to wait 20 minutes in freezing winter temperatures. The cruel irony? They allowed a patron to exit during our wait but still denied us entry - proving they had capacity but chose to prioritize some hypocritical "exclusive vibe" over basic human decency.
When we politely requested to wait by the entrance (not even asking to browse!), the employee gave a robotic "I need manager approval" response. The eventual refusal confirmed this wasn't about crowd control - it's either incompetent management or a sad attempt at manufactured scarcity. Empty stores don't magically become "exclusive" through customer mistreatment.
I will never visit this store again. The service was terrible, and the way they treated customers was disrespectful. Save your time and money—this place is...
Read moreTerrible experience! Not worth visiting.
The store was almost empty, yet the security guard made us wait outside for 30 minutes. We asked if we could wait inside, but he refused, saying there were no sales staff available. I explained that it was too cold outside and that we just wanted to wait inside without needing any assistance, but he still didn’t let us in.
After another 10 minutes, a customer left the store, but the guard still wouldn’t allow us to enter, saying we had to keep waiting.
It’s clear this store is deliberately creating the illusion of exclusivity by forcing people to queue unnecessarily. No wonder their ratings are so low! I strongly recommend...
