Other employees were working fine they god our order ready fairly quickly. But that guy who called himself manager at the window was extremely rude. So much arrogance and attitude. We literally just asked him a recipe with a survey on it and heās like we donāt have that. When my bf said but we come here everyday and get it. He started arguing and saying who runs the store āyou or meā. Like we didnāt say much at that point but he starting raising his voice. Thatās not customer service. He should get kicked to the back where he doesnāt have to talk. Maybe this store should get I better person who can represent the store since of this fobs. After we refused to leave without recipe he started yelling in the store. I donāt think anyone would wanna have a morning like with such fights and arguments and the working environment. A simple vanilla cold brew is NEVER the same and the staff will argue that the customer is always wrong. I work in customer service and know how crap people can treat us. But being wrong is ok, mistakes happen. But to argue and not offer to correct the employee mistakes isn't right. So many times I'm given an ice coffee or a stirred cold brew when all I want is what is supposed to be a vanilla cold brew. We can can do better. Picture to show what it should be when done right.
