I am the regular customer over there visiting twice a day but the lady names Megan the customer service so bad like she always screwed up my order and told me to give me refund and then the order like she doesn’t know how to be polite and good customer service I always order plain croissant with hash brown, lettuce, crispy onions and habanero sauce and request them to grill it if you are charging me for everything then please give it to the customer, I requested her to add the herb and garlic pastry to the bill she added the dressing in the cross isn’t I said I asked for the pastry she said no showed me a shit attitude and made the new one and literally didn’t even hand over to me just throwed it in front of me bro I am paying for everything I and not taking it free, like seriously this is what u called customer service and then u expect to have customers in your store, No I am sorry like all other staff members are so nice they know me that I am the regular person over there coming twice a day because it’s near to my work, she made the new order and didn’t even grilled it just made in a two seconds how this is possible. If this is the customer service every time I am not going to come over there again, I know that she gonna screwed up my order because she does this everytime, I waited for the another staff but unluckily she was busy, please teach your staff members to behave nicely with customers they are not your servants. Read moreIn summary, management of staff here is a mess. When I walked in on a Sunday morning at 10am, there were 5-6 staff working. Lots of people were gathering to the left side of the counter which is very close to one “ORDER HERE” sign. So figured I should wait in line there. Later on two customers told me they were all waiting for their food.
When I was ordering mine, a guy came to my counter and complained that he had been waiting for his double double for 10min. When I walked to the waiting area, there were a lot of drinks and snack bags on the counter, while no customers know what these food/drinks are and who these are for. Meanwhile, people had been waiting for a long time for their food. Whenever a food/drink is delivered, customers were trying to figure what is what by themselves because the staff just said the name once and ran away to prepare other food, and the once naming wasn’t clear enough for people to understand what they are saying. Preparing wrong drinks, handing to wrong person also happened while I was there.
PS: The guy in picture was trying to make sure the staff prepared the drinks correctly. Those wraps/snacks/drinks were just laying there and nobody was sure what they are and who they for. Read moreI just tried to order... I wanted 2 coffees and an orange pekoe tea with two sweetners... Now, orange pekoe tea is not the same as black tea, it's orange pekoe... I said my order, then the worker kept repeating 'black?' I was confused because that's not my order, so I repeated my tea order and she says "finally, an answer after three times"... Lady, you are in the wrong, it's not coffee, if it doesn't have cream, it's not black by default, it's tea and whatever type it is.. I expressed to her that that attitude is quite rude, and she says "I asked you three times, you wouldn't answer" I explained to her that it's orange pekoe, and she insisted I was wrong in a very rude manner, so I went to the other worker and asked for a manager, she said he's not there on weekend, I asked for a number or a way to contact, and she said come over the weekdays or try online. I asked for the rude worker's name (white, ginger) and no one would tell me because I wanted to complain about the situation with her specifically.
If you do not want to serve customers, don't be in customer service. You were extremely rude today for an interaction that should have taken less than 5 minutes of your time and mine.
