Extremely disappointing customer service experience. This happened a couple of weeks ago and Im still down about this experience because money is tight. Me a broke retail šworker gets subway cupons in the mail. Went to subways with brokeš friend after late shift. We were both getting really hyped over late night subs, we both want spicy Italian combo. We ask the server before making a purchase how coupons worked and which ones we could use to make our order. Server locks me into a purchase with the coupons before even making the sandwiches. Would not let me to order spicy Italian combo we just discussed. The coupon they made us use only applied for cold cut combos. Could not change coupons now that they had been payed for. Friend tries to order cookies with cookie coupon. They refuse to accept a second coupon eventhoug we are 2 diffrent pepole making 2 diffrent transaction. They tell us that we can only use 1 cupon per day. We choose to eat at home. I leave coupons with brokeš friend because he lives closer to subway and hes having hardertimes than me. Next morning bro walks to subway to use the cookie coupon. It's the same server and she refuses to use the coupon again. Bro walked home with nothing because he couldn't afford it at that day š
Honestly we both sympathize with the working at customer service jobs. But the whole situation made me extremely uncomfortable and it really tainted coming to that plaza for me. I just can't help but think how crappy and disappointing that time...

This one staff that was working during the times of my order was extremely rude. I came in and showed the order # on my phone. He asked for my phone number, which I told him , the account is linked with my old phone number. He then refuse to make my order . I was already running late for my bus. I had showed him my email, the subway app showing order is being made. He still refused to make it. I told him if you canāt make it, then I want the refund. He said ok. He then proceeded to take long time figuring out how to refund. Mind you, I wanted the sandwich. I only come here since it is the only subway open 24 hours in the area. He then gives me a warning, ā I will make the sandwich for you now, but next time, update your phone number, and this is the last timeā. I wonder why he couldnāt get me the refund then. While, he was making my sandwich, he acted like he doesnāt know my order. The receipt was right in front of him. I had to repeat every single items from my order to him. He refuse to follow simple instructions from a receipt. He also had wrapped my sandwich without the white paper inside. So , when I got home , my sandwich was leaking. Please take care of hiring good staff. This kind of employees, will ruin your business...

This location used to be very good location with good staff and customer service. We went there. There were no other customers. Staff was extremely rude. itās supposed to be fresh. Staff brought something out of kitchen and dip in sauce for second. And heat it up. Extreme rude process even when paying. I couldnāt take it. Just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Stop advertising its fresh when you are heating up things. Staff lady was very rude no smile, no hello. I can even mention her name to prove I was in this location. However she had no name tag on. What are these district managers doing? There should be mystery shopping to improve the business. Just a suggestion from a long time customer. I could have gone to other food places. Provide me with customer service number. Who is this owner answering rude responses to other reviews. I read all the responses from owner before I post.
