Absolutely disappointed. Social Media influencers rave about this destination... It's not worth the hype. Overpriced food that's been sitting on the display for hours and when you ask them to warm it up, it's like you are asking the world from them. From $9 a pizza square that looks appealing, but it's only looks. Hahaha you're better off going somewhere that is busy. I went on a Monday afternoon and the place wasn't busy at all. People aren't anxious to serve you. They are busy talking to their coworkers, or on the customer seating area talking to one another. The building is nice, inside and out. I don't see most of these vendors lasting more than a year, if that. It's more of a tourist trap. Outside is great too. The park, dog park, grass area and outdoor seating and ambiance creates a wonderful surrounding of what could be a great addition to the community. The vendors are mainly small business owners which is fantastic. Perhaps having food made to order instead of premade would be better and bigger portions. It's great there's a bar inside too. Prices are reasonable compared to some bars and restaurants in the area. The concept is great. Tweaks are definitely needed in order to be successful Last... Where's all the seats and tables. Are people expected to eat standing up after paying premium prices for "Food Court" type of service? I know there's plenty of seating available outside. Won't be useful on cold...

I had the pleasure of booking the Waterworks Food Hall for a corporate event in December, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I reached out to inquire about the space to the final moments of the event, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. As a planner, that level of support is invaluable, and I truly felt like I was partnering with a team that had my back every step of the way.

The event spaces upstairs were absolutely stunning. We hosted around 135 guests in the West Hall, and the space felt spacious and inviting—plenty of room to spread out while still maintaining a great vibe. Even before the event started, there was already a buzz about the venue, and afterward, I received endless compliments from attendees about how amazing the space was.

A special shoutout to Rachel, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I was taken care of, making the experience even more memorable. Her professionalism and dedication were truly appreciated.

If you're looking for a beautiful venue with a fantastic team, I can’t recommend Waterworks Food...

The Waterworks Event Spaces were nothing short of extraordinary. The place is astonishing! From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to make sure our themed dance party was everything we had hoped for and more. They were so accommodating, so responsive, and genuinely invested in creating the best possible experience for us and our guests.

We felt a true sense of freedom to bring our vision to life, and at the same time, we felt completely supported throughout the entire process. A very special thank you to Rachael Irwin, who was the heart of it all. She is one of the most organized, kind, and detail-oriented people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her calm presence and meticulous care meant that not a single detail was missed, and that gave us so much peace of mind.

The service staff that worked our event were also incredible caring and hard working. They kept everything moving.

This venue is not just beautiful — it is run by people who truly care. We are deeply grateful and already looking forward to planning more events in this...

The Waterworks Food Hall is a lovely place. It's in an old building that has been transformed into an industrial looking space for upscale dining by multiple vendors. I was looking forward to tacos & wanted to try Taco Lupita. I was aware they had veggie options. On Monday July 8th at 11:40 I ordered the sweet potato taco & asked for no cream topping. The cashier asked one of the cooks who said "no substitutions!" though I really wanted an item eliminated. I would have been more understanding if there was a crowd but there was 1 person infront of me and nobody behind me, but about 6 of them. Not a vegan or vegetarian friendly vendor. No worries, I took my business to SOI thai foon. SOI thai foon had friendly staff. I asked about the ingredients in the Street thai noodles with tofu & they were happy to discuss with me. My meal was amazing. I'm happy I ended up with this great meal (pic attached) My friend had a deli sandwich with coleslaw at Dave's genuine Deli & BBQ. She thought it was great & commented about the thick cuts of deli meat (pic attached)

We’ve been eagerly waiting for the Waterworks Food Hall to open, and it did not disappoint! We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 6 PM, and it was bustling with people eager to check it out. The vibe was fantastic—young, hip, and lively. The variety of food stalls is impressive, offering Thai, Italian, oysters, Aburi Sushi, Indian food, and a bar. We loved the decor and the use of materials throughout the space. There’s plenty of seating inside the food hall and in the surrounding areas outside, making it a great place to hang out. We were able to sample some of the foods and had a wonderful time. There’s also event space upstairs for parties, and convenient parking downstairs. One area for improvement is the washrooms, which are located downstairs and are communal. The dark color scheme makes them look dirty, especially with visible watermarks and stains on the black toilets. Despite this, the Waterworks Food Hall is a fantastic spot for a casual hangout or a date. I highly recommend everyone in the area come check it out.
