Ordered breakfast via skip the dishes. When my order arrived it was missing two of the hash browns I ordered. I called to let them know. Because of the huge language barrier the manager couldn’t understand what I was telling her. She insisted that the two extra hash browns I ordered were put in the bag and pretty much called me a liar. The part she couldn’t understand is that it was the two has browns that were supposed to come with the order that were missing. Didn’t enjoy being treated like a liar because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She then said she would send them over as I only live two blocks away. Obviously they never came but was still charged for them. Absolutely horrible customer service and the language barrier is massive....
Read moreHorrible service. Shawn tried to say a valid coupon we got in the mail wasn't valid because they have teen burgers on sale. How can one offer not be valid just because you also have a different promptional offer? I wasn't asking for both offers! He said the coupon wouldn't scan and offered to get his manager and like magic the manager scanned the coupon and it worked. This location seriously needs to work on training their staff to understand the promotional items that they have sent out in the mail. The coupon has a barcode. Scan the barcode, it's common sense!

This has never happened at another restaurant let alone twice plus I knew the second driver and he told me he was never given the items. That’s what you get for giving them a second try!!
