I recently had the pleasure of starting my day at Caviar Bistro, a fantastic breakfast spot in Vancouver. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The bistro's location also offered a picturesque view, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Let's dive into the food. I tried their Shakshuka and Frittata, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Shakshuka was bursting with vibrant flavors, and the perfectly cooked eggs were a delight to savor. The Frittata was equally impressive, with its light and fluffy texture and a delightful medley of ingredients. It was clear that the chefs at Caviar Bistro put great care and attention into their breakfast creations.

One highlight of my visit was indulging in their sweet Danish pastry. The moment I took a bite, I could taste the freshness. The pastry was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of sweetness. It was a true treat to enjoy alongside a cup of their incredible coffee.

Speaking of coffee, Caviar Bistro certainly knows how to brew a great cup. The aroma alone was enough to entice my taste buds, and the coffee itself was smooth, rich, and simply delightful. It provided the perfect complement to my breakfast experience.

In conclusion, if you're in Vancouver and looking for a top-notch breakfast spot, I highly recommend Caviar Bistro. With their welcoming staff, picturesque view, and a menu filled with mouthwatering breakfast options, this place...

When we went here, the service was really slow. There were about 10 tables and I eventually noticed none of them had food. I assumed the kitchen was understaffed. However, we were also neglected by our server. Drinks never refilled, coffee creamer requested but not delivered, Never asked how the food was, and never brought the check.

I thought it was an isolated problem until someone from outside came in to get their own coffee. A manager rushed over and said he would do that, to which the customer replied, "I've asked two different people already, I'll just get it." That sums up my experience as well.

I was also overcharged for a side that was included with the meal, which they immediately corrected. I wonder how many are having this happen and not noticing.

Finally, despite the poor service, staff and managers are moving around aimlessly and standing around talking inside the restaurant. It's kind of stressful and I believe is one reason the few servers can actually...

I recently visited Caviar Bistro and had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was absolutely terrible. The staff was not only inattentive and rude but also displayed outright racist behavior. As soon as I walked in, I felt unwelcome, and the staff's mean-spirited attitudes only worsened my visit.

Despite the appealing ambiance of the place, the negative attitudes of the employees ruined the entire experience for me. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional and discriminatory behavior in a business that should be welcoming to all customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope the management takes serious steps to address...

Update! We decided to give them a second chance. I ordered hummus, they brought with very oily fried pita chips, something I can’t eat. I asked for none fried pita. She said that they have only regular bread that she can toast. She couldn’t even get that right with out burning it. I’ll NEVER go back there again! Just walked into to have some dinner. Stood there for 5 min. The place wasn’t busy. Two employees didn’t pay any attention to us. I said hello a couple of times but they didn’t bother to reply. So we took our business somewhere else!

Caviar Bistro in Coal Harbour is a fantastic spot that I highly recommend. The coffee is very good, rich and flavorful, perfect for starting your day. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pastries are excellent, fresh, and perfectly baked. One of the best parts is the beautiful view of the inlet and boats, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy your time. Overall, it’s a great café with delicious offerings and stunning scenery. Definitely worth a visit!
