If u have strong and heavy hair, maybe this place is good for you. I went months ago asking if the could do the platinum blonde color and they said yes totally. After a couple of months I went. Everyone really friendly but unfortunately the colorist/hairdresser was quiet surprise of my color after the bleach, I think she took out the bleach before she should had :) she tried to fix it meanwhile working with other customers. Was another girl with kinda Afro curled hair making her own hair straight because the other hairdresser didn’t know how. My hairdresser said that I stayed with my roots yellow BECAUSE OF MY HAIR COLOR ITS TOO DARK (I have been bleaching my hair for more than 4 years and this is the first time I hear that.) I would like this establishment to be honest and say they doesn’t work with other kind of hair that they are not just to work with (or with colors they don’t know how to make). I have less hair and weaker hair and is not that I could deal a lot of bleaching. This hairdresser actually did doble bleach, I lost a lot of hair and I’m aware I will loose hair during this process, but this time was….. I’m sorry but I think she didn’t know what to do. Neither the other one. I was really worried about my hair, I ended up paying almost 300 for something I don’t like and still have problems. I’m not coming back and I’m so sorry about the other girl making her own hair cuz the other hairdresser didn’t how to do it. At the end I needed to go to another hair salon and the hairdresser there also noticed 3 kind of different colors in my head. Yellow, blue and white. I know this color is kinda hard to make, but not impossible (that’s why I asked from the beginning if they are specialized with this colors). I would encourage to be honest about what kind of work they do with what kind of hair they’re used to work. I would have avoided so much time trying to correct the colors myself and avoided bad time afterwards. Nonetheless the hairdressers where nice and polite but unfortunately, no idea about the work...

The place is lack of customer service. Very unpleasant experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I bring several photos to the salon and ask the hair stylist to sit down with me, compare the photos to my current hair status to make sure that she can achieve the result. She promises that she can do it, after 15 mins, my hair is shorter but looks nothing like the photo I present. After I express my requirement for small change on the side and back of my hair, she refused and told me that this is the best style for my hair type, and I shouldn't show so many photos since every single one is a little bit different. WHILE SHE SAID NOTHING BEFORE THE HAIRCUT!

Not mentioning that the hair stylist BURN MY SCULP during blow dry and didn't border...

After my initial review, a quick follow-up: After the less-than-ideal first cut, I was a bit uncertain about having them fix it. However, I decided to give it a shot, and another stylist worked their magic, resulting in my hair looking fantastic. Credit to them for making things right! 👍

I gave it 4 stars because, on my first visit, I was disappointed
