I drink this kind of coffee regularly and have never encountered such a problem. I don’t have lactose intolerant problems. Please Do Not ascribe this to me as if you were a doctor. You are not in a right position to say that. Hope your business is not as CASUAL as you saying that. Your right position is to take good care of your business, look for the real reason for this case, instead of finding excuses from other people. It’s YOUR responsibility and liability, not others’ !!!

——————— I ordered and drank a large latte here yesterday Nov 27 afternoon and my stomach started to feel upset without 15 minutes. Unfortunately it led to an extreme stomach ache and severe diarrhea within the next hour. It was the worst diarrhea I have ever had in my life! I think I poured out more than half a gallon of watery stool!!!
What a horrible experience! What a terrible cafe!
I think they have used bad or spoiled milk in the latte, otherwise what could lead to such horrible diarrhea!
I would definitely give this cafe a zero or negative score...

There are very few staff that take their time to greet and say thank you and there are some that just glares at you. Very rarely will I get a thank you back when I say thank you to the staff. There was an occasion where I walked in and greet the staff and she didn’t even say anything back and proceeded to punch in my drink order, without even checking if I wanted any food she turn the screen which shows the tip screen. Not a single word was uttered out of her. It’s unfortunate that this is the cases for most of my visits there. The drinks are also very inconsistent. I loved their matcha latte, but the amount of time where my drink is made wrong is really disappointing considering it’s about $7 per drink.
