So we tried their online ordering options and choose delivery which you can preset a time to deliver your order. Ordered and paid and wait because it says it will be ready at 5:26pm. We waited for over 40 minutes for the food we ordered to arrived but it never came, decided to call and the lady says “no delivery pick up only”. “I said I ordered online and I choose delivery because it says so and my card has been charged with over a hundred dollars for my order.” The lady just kept saying “no delivery pick up only”. I asked her why didn’t she call and let us know that they only do pick up and no delivery so we didn’t have to wait for over 40 minutes, she just said “come pick up,food is ready long time ago already”

Long story short,we went to pick the food up because we already paid for it. Our order is already waiting on their table pick up. I asked one of their guy that we were there to “pick up our delivery” and he just pointed me to the lady at the counter. I saw my phone number in one of the bags on the table, grabbed it and took off. Food warm but not hot. Chicken Chow Mein with crispy noodles was beyond soggy it tasted stale, Beef with Chinese Greens were all bok choy and not much beef,Almond Breaded Chicken is ok,crispy but not their usual texture and BBQ Pork Fried Rice has alot of green peas although I asked for no green peas. Was beyond disappointed with our experience today, very poor customer service and didn’t even find the time to give us a call and their online ordering is very disappointing they need to revisit it,it is misleading their customers. Rose Garden old management...

This is no longer called Rose Garden Restaurant, instead it is called K & H Seafood restaurant. Was trying to look for reviews under K & H - don't bother. We came late at night for the late night supper menu... it is the typical Hong Kong style - mini dishes with plain congee. If you order 5 dishes, a free large congee is given to you. The dishes are good with good flavour however the free congee that is supposed to be large is small by comparison with other restaurant like Congee King. You are lucky if you could squeeze in 4 rice bowl size of congee. Given that you ordered 5 dishes of food, there is not enough congee to go with, we had to order a bowl of rice at the cost of $2.50. That's where they make the extra $, if you don't mind that... then you will enjoy the dishes... late at night with not too many customers, service was good. Don't expect ambience... you are in a typical Chinese restaurant... place is pretty run down - food is good. Their fried white fish in salt & green chilli pepper is well done - crispy, the green beans with sliced beef is cooked in robust...

This Chinese restaurant offers a solid dining experience with reasonable prices, making it an attractive option for a casual meal. The food is overall quite good, with a menu featuring a variety of classic dishes. One highlight was the pork chop in honey sauce—beautifully cooked, tender, and coated in a flavorful, slightly sweet glaze that made it truly memorable. It’s a dish that stands out and is definitely worth ordering.

All the dishes we tried were served hot and well-prepared, showing a good balance of flavors without being overly heavy. Portion sizes are fair, and the quality is consistent, making it a reliable spot for both quick lunches and casual dinners.

The only drawback is the restaurant’s interior, which feels a little dated and could use some refreshing. However, the dining area is kept clean and comfortable, and the friendly service helps create a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, this restaurant offers good value for money with tasty food, and it’s especially recommended for anyone looking for a dependable place to enjoy some classic Chinese...

Came with my family since they live close to this restaurant. Been here 2 times and food is ok. The service is non existent both times. The female server only answers you if she thinks you will tip her well at the end. We ordered the 4 dish combo with a crab. The 4 dishes were good portion and taste is ok, but the crab is a different story. The crab inners is usually a delicacy for some, when I was looking for it, it was empty. The shell looked like it had been reused to make it looked like it was fresh crab. When I asked the server what happened to the inners, she simply said "I had to tell her that I want to keep it and it's not included in the combo package because it was deemed unhealthy" so they throw it away. If we order aside from the combo then it comes with it. I find the excuse very absurd and who is her to tell us the customer that the food is unhealthy or not. The rest of the crab is not fresh and we can all taste the meat is off. I don't recommend coming here, hygiene might be an issue. I had the runs right after this meal.
