For the owner, that thinks that this is a fake review, I will be glad to come by tomorrow with the bill that I payed, I was seated in the patio next to an hold lady that was by herself, I was with my wife and 10 months old baby, our server was a skinny young boy ant the bartender a beard alethic guy.

You know Sr. where is the difference between a professional restaurateur and an armature?It’s the way that they analyze, respond and treat a costumers feedback. It’s easy to answer “it’s a fake review, move on” that’s what an armature will do.

A professional owner will it answer : I’m sorry Sir. to hear that you didn’t enjoy dining with us, I’m ensure you our restaurant offers top food quality and service, and we will be glad to have you back to prove that the experience you had was just a shortage of staff an issue coursed by the COVID situation that is already been resolved. Thanks for your understanding, have a good day.

But no! You need to be arrogant about it, that’s a big problem for a business owner. I been in the food industry for 16 years and I can’t stand this tipe of attitude, have u eat at your restaurant recently?!?! For example, I take the lamb dish, the rice was overlooked and the consistently was mushy, that means you keep it pre cook rice in a pan in the fridge (in this case you need to cook the rice half way otherwise when u warm it up it overcook) or u keep it in a warmer unit and the steam will overcook the rice, in case they prepare it fresh I’m sorry to inform you that they are failed the basics. The lamb…lamb it’s a difficult tipe of meat to prepare, mine was tough and dry and ended up having a rubbery texture, that happens when the meat after being cooked is taken out of they’re juice and cooled down or when u use chef Mike (microwave) in case the meat is stored in a warmer unit still in there liquid that means that u need to cook that pore animal a little more, lamb meat it gets soften after minimum 1:30 / 2 hours, your can bring the prep time to 45 with a good pressure pot, then the seasoning have to be done it 12 to 20 hours before using the product and needs to be vacuum sealed. The vegetables used for garnish the plat where hold, tested bitter and frizzy that happen when you use products after the indicate date establish from food safe standards (vegetables 2/3 days ) And this is just my plate, we order 4 different things and the best that I had was the water.

Service, waiting time, quality of the food I can stay here all day listings to you what’s wrong, only the location was enjoyable. I see a place with great potential, but really...

Our Server and Dal Makhani❤️🥹 I have to say it is the BEST RESTAURANT IN VANCOUVER FOR INDIAN FOOD. Now what makes me say that is first things first the customer service. I would like to Thank Raghav our host/server made our experience a memorable one. After a long rough week we just wanted a warm and cozy meal and Raghav’s service made us feel so comfortable. Loved his positive, kind and uplifting attitude. He always had a smile on his face checked up on us and got the most appetizing food straight to us without any delays. He also accommodated my dietary needs without any hesitation. Never ever have we got such an amazing service by a host at any restaurant. Thank you so much Raghav you made our night :) We really appreciate people who go an extra mile and put all their efforts to provide an unforgettable experience. Then i would like to jump onto the 2nd thing that this place is our spot from now onwards because of their DAL MAKHANI IT WAS MOUTHWATERING. Hats off to the chef who made it. When i took that one bite I had tears in my eyes. It was so rich and flavourful, I haven’t had such good Dal Makhani in years literally IN YEARS. It was so good both me and my boyfriend were astonished by how good it was. So cozy so warm and so creamy🤤 perfect comfort meal and they have the best butter naans too. Chef’s kiss❤️ Can’t get over the fact that it was so delicious. Perfect blend of spices and the texture I have to say its a MUST TRY. Well there are so many good reviews but i want to share my own worst experience i have ever had in my whole life. I ordered take out of 12 people, first of all it was late because we already told them that we have a flight to catch and even if we forget that how can you forget the worst service which makes you feels like a vomiting. The server at the front was ever charge us for the complimentary disposable spoon and plates and not even that she called someone and asked about the price of napkins like seriously my god, If guys can not provide the disposable which every restaurant do just next time put everything directly in customers mouth So disappointed service. And it wasn’t enough for the day, i guess worst time never leave you alone sooner. When we took the food we asked server to double check and we got in a park where my whole family was waiting for food because they didn’t have anything from the morning 3 packages were missing and when we called they were rude and sad you forget here seriously I am requesting to the manager please check you cameras footage than she only handed us 3 packages and inside 3 daal were missing How were we supposed to eat the rice alone We couldn’t do anything because they blocked our number and we also had a flight to catch. But telling you one thing my whole family didn’t eat anything for a whole day because they came form india to visit and can’t eat outside food but you guys seriously gave us a pain that we can not forget Worst...

i came across this place with a lot of reviews. i do agree that the quality of the food is good but they lack customer service and the place us not that clean. Food 4stars Cleanliness 3stars Customer Service 2stars They asked us to seat wherever we want and nobody told us that we are supposed to go to buffet right away. So we walked to them and asked. Also when we were at the buffet they were out of a few important things such as Butter Chicken and bread. Also nobody came to our table to get orders for drinks. The tables were dirty and needed someone to wipe them but nobody was attending the table. The table we sat also needed attention but since nobody ever came to our table we never had a chance to ask them to wipe our table. Also nobody ever showed up when we wanted to pay the bill. So overall food was goos service was really bad for everything we had to reach out to them ourselves and it was not clean I have added a pic that shows two tables that they left 15 mins before I probably wont be back

Dissapointed about the way they treat their customers. We enjoyed to eat there with my family each time we travel to Vancouver, but this time was really bad. They promised free parking and when I got this ticket the manager was really upset and said that this is not their problem. In a rude way he said that if I don't like their new policies then I should go to another place. I am sorry to write this negative review but it is really disappointing that the manager was not willing to help their customers in a clear mistake of them. The price of the food is getting now more expensive and now I am reading other comments that imply bad customer service and serious concerns about the quality and sanitary conditions of the food served there. A very disappointing experience. I wish the best to them but they should change the ways they treat their customers.Losing a customer is worse than losing $40.00 due to their mistake. People are more important than just a few bucks.
