I often pass by this place and was curious, so I stopped in for dinner. It was empty except for occasional takeout when I showed up around 7, but I know I've seen it busier earlier in the day. The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but it was very very clean. Ordered the Veggie Pho and a Jackfruit Smoothie. The woman at the front was super nice and my food was ready quickly. The pho broth wasn't the most flavourful on its own, but the tofu was seasoned very nicely. There were lots of vegetables and everything seemed very fresh. It was decidedly NOT oily at all, which I really appreciated. The bowl was huge - I got pretty close to finishing both the pho and the smoothie but had to leave just a little bit of both, and I was super full. The smoothie was really good! Very vibrant flavour. Overall this was just about exactly what I was looking for: a quick and simple, healthy meal, and warm atmosphere. It's also pretty good value: $13.8 pho, $4.5 smoothie. Not anything to write home about but a place I'd recommend for a quick, simple pho fix, and I'd be interested in trying the banh mi too.

I got a Phở Chay 越南河粉汤 and Chả Giò Chay (Vietnamese Vegetarian Salad Roll), unfortunately I wouldn't rate this as my worst point was that the tofu slices are super thin and seems pretty stingy. I also hate when vietnamese restaurants provide takeout chopsticks when you order pho soup, as it makes the tips of the chopsticks taste super gross, ruining flavor and the water almost splinters the chopsticks in your mouth. The Tofu Salad Roll peanut satay was certainly not peanut and tasted more like oyster sauce, there's definitely room for improvement there and again pretty stingy tofu slices. Albeit I did rate the veggie broth pretty good since it's hard to find one in the area which isn't super bland. Staff are super friendly nice people and very accommodating, they gave me loads of yum fresh chillis to make it spicy. This is a laid back, chilled and relaxed late night pho joint in a great convenient location.

My friend insisted to come here for lunch as we were in the neighbourhood. I was not sure why she loved this Vietnamese restaurant so much as there were so many other options in downtown. Anyway, this was my second time here. I had pho last time, so I tried their combo (siu mai baguette and iced Vietnamese coffee) the baguette was crispy outside and soft inside but the sandwich was so light as a whole that I felt like I ate something but I was not full. Keep in mind that I am a small person but I still felt my stomach was not full by eating the baguette along with the iced Vietnamese coffee. The interior design is ok but not great. The service was okay. We ordered the food at the cashier and a server would bring the food to our table. I hope that I would not have to go back to this Vietnamese restaurant if my friend wantsto eat Vietnamese food again. ;-)

Just came home from a long day of air travel & was dying for Vietnamese food. Found One Saigon on DoorDash & thought We would try it.

Hands down the most disappointing Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever had.

The $15 vegan tofu pho had literally 3 tiny pieces of tofu, 2 full baby carrots and a few stalks of overly cooked broccoli & cauliflower.

The tofu salad roll had wilted green lettuce, a ton of old hard noodles and uncooked tofu (?!!).

My husband had a tofu baguette & said he could have a made a better (and fresh one!) with what was in the now week old contents in the fridge.

In a city ripe with amazing cuisine this is not the place to get delicious food. So disappointed

AUGUST 10 edit: owner has been in touch with excellent service recovery so will give them another try.

AUGUST 20 Edit: the owner did a great job of service recovery & offered me a full refund as well as a redo on our order. The food was fresh, delicious and the portion sizes were great. Many...
