The Nails Wall Centre — Local services in Vancouver

My pedicure was good and relaxing, but when I requested 2 colours, they then said it wouldn't actually work with what I wanted, so we changed the design colour to white last minute and they were uneven, but whatever - overall nice.

I showed a photo of what I was wanting for my manicure when my pedicure started, and they said they could do it. I even asked again to be sure they had the foil I wanted (which every salon I've been to has had before.) When I went over for my manicure they then said they actually didn't have foil, and gave me two other very different options, so I had to decide quickly. I also wanted split colour on my middle nail, which has never been a problem before. The matte top coat was not put on nicely on this nail, so it's super bumpy. The option I decided on instead of the foil took a very long time and I almost got a parking ticket because of this. This was 3 days ago and the stuff they put on the middle nail in place of foil is already falling off, and it looks awful.

I understand I asked for a specific style, so if a technician can't do what I'm asking for, they should say so I can choose something else in ample time. The other nails look nice, but overall a stressful, not...

I had a fantastic experience with Hannah for my shellac manicure! As a tourist in Vancouver for just two days, I noticed an ad at the Sheraton hotel saying they accepted walk-ins—so convenient with the salon located right next door. I went online and was able to book a time slot that fit perfectly with my schedule.

The salon itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with on-trend decor that creates a welcoming and relaxing vibe. I arrived a bit early, and Hannah took me in right away with such warmth and professionalism. After being awake for 21 hours from traveling, she offered me coffee, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me an amazing hand and arm massage to help me unwind. On top of that, she shared great recommendations for local spots to eat around my hotel.

I’m beyond satisfied with my new nails—they look gorgeous and feel flawless. Hannah is incredibly kind, attentive, and talented. A truly great experience overall. I’m even considering going back tomorrow for a matching pedicure!...

I came to this place because it had great reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have that experience. I got my nails done a week ago. I got acrylic with gel polish. Within that week I had to go back to get 3 nails fixed because they had already chipped. Then the next day my middle one chipped and broke. I do not work a job where I use my hands a lot so I’m not sure why this has happened. On my other hand, with one of the nails they redid, it was all bubbled. I have 2 stars because they were friendly and didn’t charge for fixing my nails however I don’t have time to keep coming back every few days to get them fixed.

Update The salon has reached out to offer a new set for free. I am so impressed with. How accommodating they have been and have now found my new nail salon.
