I want to first emphasize, everything up to paying the bill was great. We had a large party come in and the staff was so accommodating. Our table was the largest one of the party, so our food came last. Our nachos were cold and dry by the time they came out: ok we are a large party - understandable. Once it came time to pay the bill, I was told *as the machine was handed to me* that there would be a mandatory 18% tip as we were such a large group. This was not disclosed when we first came in; not something I liked as I prefer to be told that before ordering, but what was the true turn-off was when I asked whether this mandatory tip was disclosed on the menu, and the waitress said Yes it is. Out of curiosity I went back to take a look after paying, and it was not on the menu at all. I don’t appreciate being deceived. Next time I hope this kind of mandatory charge is disclosed earlier, as it was the one thing that spoiled an otherwise wonderful evening.

Would have rated this place higher if the service was better. The wings were actually pretty good between my friend and I we had 25, honey garlic (needed some more sauce) maple bacon & Korean BBQ. Negatives: 1. took about 6 mins to get seated after walking in, it wasn't busy. 2. Asked for water, never got it 3. Who serves wings without ranch? What's worse when we asked for ranch there was a charge! In Ontario ranch, carrots and celery are standard with wings, it's just a given! 4. The waitress came with the machine punched in the cost and walked away to chat with another table, she didn't wait long enough for me to tell her I had cash. Waited another 5 mins for her to come back to the table to ask if they took cash. Service is everything, always remember that...even if the food is good, if the service sucks it won't matter.

Came here on a Friday during the last half hour of their happy hour and didn't have to wait to be seated in the patio section. Service was amazing but the food we ordered was supbar. The happy hour seemed like such a great deal until the food arrived to our table. While we understand this was happy hour portions, we didn't think $9.50 would get you 4 prawns, or $7.50 for a burger (not pictured in photo) that was the size of a McDonald's value menu cheeseburger. The fries in the poutine tasted like they were previously freezer burnt, as if they were found at the back of the freezer. Their saving grace was the amazing service!

Okay let me just say there should be an option to leave a zero because this place doesn't even deserve a one. Went here yesterday when my friend's and I ventured in to Vancouver for a night, we ordered a round of shot's and an appetizer. When our server came back she asked what we wanted to drink, we said we would pass for now and keep at a slow pace. A few minute's later she came back and asked a second time about ordering a drink, we said no but asked about yam fries, she said no they didn't make them and asked if we'd like regular, we said no as one of our friend's was allergic to potatoes and she replied not to worry and thank you. She lingered at our table for a solid minute, leaving us feeling obligated to order something due to her VERY obvious pressure to order more. We ordered a water and 2 drink's . Later, a separate server brought a thing of fries to our table, we said we didn't order them. She wasn't convinced and asked if we were sure, we said no. THEN, our original sever came back with the fries and in a VERY rude tone said "so you don't want fries then?" And we said no, again. We had to ask her for a second time for our drink's, and a third for our water. She continually glared at us from across the bar, showed very evident attitude and obvious annoyance for her customers. Not to mention coming back for a second time with even more attitude letting us know it was last call for the kitchen and said in a ride sarcastic tone "Are you sure you don't want fries then?" She made it very obvious that our "small" order of 50$ clearly wasn't worth her time. We had enough, asked for our separate bills. She brought ONE bill, and charges us for the fries that we DIDN'T order! I went to the bar and asked to speak to the manager, who conveniently was also our server! I said I wasn't paying for the fries, as we very clearly said we didn't want fries. She was obviously annoyed but agreed to take off the fries and split our bills, splitting them incorrectly. Reluctantly, we paid and left right away. So in turn, do not go here. A TOTAL waste of time and money, wouldn't recommend this place. Instead we moved our party to Red Card Sports Bar, just a block away. They have FABULOUS food and fantastic service, I would absolutely recommend...

The patio looked super nice so we stopped to sit. We ordered pulled pork nachos, spinach & artichoke dip and Caesar salad. The nachos were literal Tostito's with shredded marble cheese melted on top, with dry, old, grey pulled pork piled on top, with one piece of iceberg lettuce placed on top as a garnish. I wish I took a photo to show you how disgusting it was. It was instantly sent back.

The spinach and artichoke dip itself tasted good, however the “bread” or “pitas” served with it were crustini crackers - and there was about 10 crackers. We finished 1/4th of the spinach dip and ran out of crackers - and we were not provided with more.

The Caesar salad was not Caesar dressing - it was ranch. We immediately sent it back.

All food was sent back. The server was understanding and nice, however I will never return. Honestly I am being generous with a 1 star. If I could give a negative rating I would.

EDIT: after reading the owners response, it’s unfortunate a company would come back with such passive aggressiveness towards their customers. All 5 of us gasped when the chips were set down, and we all tried it before ultimately deciding to send it back. The chips were Tostito chips, and the pulled pork was grey and dry and flavourless. We were also not asked if we wanted any more crackers for the dip - or else we would have taken them? A very interesting response. Do not recommend to...
