Great little brewery that serves up pizza and other bites. They have a tasty wild mushroom pizza ($10.50) but you'll need to order something else alongside it if you wanna feel full - the pizza is about 9" in diameter. As for beer, I like their Vancouver Special IPA (ABV 6.0% - IBU 60). The atmosphere is very casual and chill, nothing pretentious about it at all. My favourite spot to chill is in the back booth with couches. Space is open air so it gets a bit warm in the summer but they usually have giant fans blasting. Speaking of blasting, their wall of speakers is usually blasting out some good tunes! Service is incredibly friendly here, very sincere and attentive. You have to order your food at the cashier and grab a little light-up toy where the server will bring you your order. This is definitely one of fav breweries in the area!

On my third try, I finally had a chance to try R&B brews! On the first two pre-COVID attempts wait time was way too long, and having a bit of time to spare during lunchtime on Sunday, I had to try once again. Well, there was no room inside this time either, but there was no way I'd back off again, so I occupied a spot on the patio. I should say this was my first time drinking beer outside on a patio when it's +5 degrees. I regret nothing. I tried four beers and liked all of them. Vancouver Special IPA was my favorite. Hopefully, I can find time in the future to visit once again and try more beers and food.

When did R&B get such good beer? All their non-standard taps were great, and dirt cheap. Great decour too, really comfortable to sit in. Maybe my fav of any of the breweries. Edit: Had to knock a star off for the pizza. I haven't had pizza that bad since... maybe ever. Seems like they used nothing but cheddar, resulting in a disgustingly salty pizza that was dripping with oil. My friend had to literally towel off his pizza it was so oily. I could chalk this up to a bad item on the menu but the entire menu is pizza so...

Got a burn and blister on my fingers from this place. Safety hazard, super dangerous HOT cast iron skillets. Don't order it. Natural instinct is to touch the skillet handle to move the skillet dish (abnormally long handle - never seen restaurants serve/use these types). Restaurants should not be serving skillets with long handles to customers without protecting the handle. Better yet, get skillets like other places without handles. My friend and I both touched the handle just by natural instinct. Even though the server said he told us to be careful. I did not hear him as the music is loud in this establishment. Really bad customer service recovery (none really). When I brought up it was a safety hazard to serve cast iron skillets with these long handles he told me that's why we tell you to be careful. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Terrible.

Food was basic but you get what you pay for $10 mostly cheap tator tots to fill the skillet.

Would never recommend to anyone this place based on this experience. Have never had an experience in a food and beverage establishment where it is a huge safety hazard. Came in to have brunch and left with a burn and blister. You have lots of kids too here on Sunday Brunch days, can't imagine kids accidentally touching the long skillet handles. The biggest turnoff at the end was the customer service. Not hospitable, not friendly even the slightest. Do yourself a favor and go...

I am very sad I have to write such a bad review to this place. Used to love this place. But I think there must be a new person working there now and he was extremely rude and disrespectful to our entire group. We gathered there for a drink and food for my partners birthday and when some friends arrived a bit later they let them in to let us know they had arrived and would wait outside cause the place was at capacity. Then that employee saw them and started shouting at our group that we had to get out now. We explained to him that that is exactly what they were telling us and they were on their way out just needed a second to finish the greeting. But he just became more and more aggressive and shouted at us to follow him out now. We were not agressive to him until we stepped out and tried to explain to him that he was being very rude and there was no reason for him to act that way as they were stepping out. But he continued to be very aggressive. So we obviously walked away. I honestly don't think the place should allow their employees to speak like that to their clients. Especially since everyone else has been very nice and we had no issue...

We came to put our name down on the waitlist yesterday at 3:30pm, however the hostess was inattentive, blunt, wouldn't even look at me when speaking, and was very curt and rude. We came back after waiting the suggested time, to find it was still another 30-40 minutes wait which is understandable since timing expectations can change on weekends, however the fact she was still so rude and unaccommodating made us feel like it was pointless trying to get in. We came back again at 7pm to find a new hostess who was lovely and did her best to find a spot for us within 45 minutes. We ordered food which was good, however one of the pizzas didn't come, and after 40 minutes of waiting I inquired with the staff who was again curt and unconcerned, and with no apology the pizza came 10 minutes later. The rest of our group had finished all of their meals and considering it was close to an hour late and that we had plans, I only had time to eat one slice of pizza before leaving.

Some very unhelpful staff but if it's a quiet day hopefully you'll have a...
