Triple O's — Restaurant in Vancouver

This is the worst Triple O's I have ever been to. There are always tons of flies in this restaurant. It's just disgusting. Like not just one or two flies...10 or more flies! And the owner seems nice but she is not doing her job properly. If you go to any other restaurants or ANY other Triple O's, you can most definitely alter your food to the way you like it. But not here, if it's too complex like adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to a chocolate shake...she's going to say no. She always says no. I'm not joking. I asked a few times for her to change up the chocolate shake because it's the only triple O's I've ever been to where the chocolate shake sucks. Cleary the owner isn't purchasing the proper products. I often add or subtract things from my food at other Triple O's and other restaurants and it's never an issue. This place isn't clean, and the customer service from the owner sucks. I do not...

The chipotle hamburger had been made and sitting in the warming rack for a few hours and when I got home to “enjoy” it I was greeted with a warmish and dry leathery beef jerky sandwich. No amount of fresh toppings or bun could distract from the unfortunate beef patty encased within. The problem with this place is the huge inconsistency in quality. I shouldn’t need to visit only at certain times to expect good quality. I’ve finally learned my lesson and stopped buying burgers here because only 20% of the ones I’ve bought were actually fresh or very recently made. The only saving grace is the kennebec fries which are still a passable buy. If you must buy a burger here try insisting that the patty be cooked for you on the spot and maybe you’ll avoid the same fate I experienced. Very bad service. I went there at 7 o'clock today. There was a guy wearing a net who took my order. He looks like he works in the kitchen but is taking orders. The two girls' cashiers were standing and chatting with that guy. There were 3 orders placed. Instead of working and helping on getting the orders done. They were all chatting, and I waited for my order for 25 mins. I got my order to go as I eat in my car. I ordered a BC grilled chicken because of the egg. When I start eating my sandwich, I notice their is no egg itself. Terrible service, you wait patiently, and even you don't get what you ordered. If you guys want to chat that much itself, stay home, don't work. I will never go to this franchise again and will share my experience with my friends and families, too.
