Horrible experience. Drove specifically to visit this location and there was a guy out front eating gelato, saying he worked there and the shop was closed (45min before closing). We called the shop because we didn't believe he worked there. The phone line went to a different location which said the shop was currently still open, so we returned and spoke to the workers who said they were instructed to close. We asked to speak to a manager and no one showed up. Google maps said they were open. We then raced to the other location in kitz to get some gelato before they closed. Extremely disappointed in wasting time and gas because this location couldn't bother communicating...

I fully support paper-less receipts, but you need to develop a service where I can scan a QR code and get my receipt that way instead of having to give up my email or phone number, which can later be used to spam me. Uno seems to make more of the classic flavours. Rich chocolate, deep nutty pistacio, and fruit flavours that tastes like the fruit it's made from.
